The Stellar House offers a unique lodging experience high in Colorado's San Juan mountains. The Stellar House was originally constructed in 1903 and renovated in 2009.

Accommodations include a full kitchen, luxury bedding, stunning views of Kendall mountain, original artwork by Louis Martinelli, cruiser bicycles, and an outdoor patio with a gas fire pit.

Fenced yard and patio are shared with our sister property, the Stellar Cottage, VRBO# 1389447. Rent both units for the ultimate in vacation luxury. Perfect for two families or couples traveling together.

Walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and museum, hop on one of the provided bicycles to tour historic Silverton, and enjoy the accessibility of breath-taking hikes. Skiers, hikers, Jeepers, and locals alike regard the Stellar House as the ideal summer or winter getaway!

Cute house in the middle of Silverton

We had such a nice and comfortable stay here. The house is located right behind the main strip in town, so you can walk to everything. Very safe and very quiet.

A stellar Silverton vacation

The Stellar House and Cottage make for a perfect vacation! Both are stocked with everything you need and are so comfortable. Highly recommend this property for your next trip to Silverton especially if traveling with friends or family. Reserving both properties gives you the advantage of sharing meals and evenings around the fire and yet the opportunity for private time! Looking forward to our next Silverton adventure!

Lovely house

You can't go wrong staying here. Kitchen has everything you might need, there is a wonderful fenced in yard with BBQ and 2 bikes. Alexa and wifi. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water available. 5 stars for sure!

Very comfortable and very convenient...right in the heart of Silverton. My wife is a artist/crafter and loved the multiple colors of the house - both inside and outside.

This is our second stay at Stellar House. It is extremely comfortable and cozy. We also had family staying at the cottage which made it a fun and special experience. Proximity to outdoor activities and shops and restaurants is a plus. Can’t say enough about this great rental!

This cute historic home has a comfortable queen-size bed and well-stocked kitchen. The water is hot for showering and washing dishes, and the heat worked each morning for us to “get the chill out.” We easily walked to shops and restaurants.

The place was clean and quiet. It is within walking distance of several restaurants. Check in and were very easy. I would stay there again.

loved the house very cozy and clean only complaint was the person staying in back property cottage had,a dog that barked non stop anytime we went to back or side yards loved the house and location very well furnished we tried to leave it as clean as we found it

perfect location

Perfect for Silverton ski area weekend

Great space, very comfortable and love the beautiful houseplants! We stayed two nights for skiing and enjoying the town with our family- our pup made lots of friends too! Will definitely stay again, as we get season passes at Silverton and sometimes want to do a whole weekend - the house worked well for our needs.

Great Spot Historic Charm

The home is located right in the center of town. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops and a 20 minute drive to Silverton Mountain. It is an older home but absolutely delivers on charm and comfort. I will book again next time I am in Silverton. Thank you.

Coziest cottage

This place had everything you need and steps away from main street silverton. There is a cozy fireplace beautiful deep bathtub. Perfect after day skiing. The kitchen has everything you need as well as a gas stove. The cottage was clean with lots of extra bedding, games and books. The wall bed is perfect for another person with curtains to close area for privacy and a desk.The TV has endless channels with lots of options for movies. It was very quiet with a cute porch that we enjoyed looking at the mountains while we sipped our coffee. We would definitely come back again. Thanks for making our stay in Silverton even more special and comfortable than we could ask for.

Great spot for two with our dog, house had everything we needed and a yard! All three of us were comfortable during our visit. Great location to walk into town and access to beautiful hiking in every direction.

Great place for an adventure

The property is older but very clean and close to everything. You can hang out in the fenced in backyard or walk around the corner to downtown.

Great Little House!

Cute house with great views, just a block away from the amenities of Main Street. The bed was very nice with a spectacular mountain view. Very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, including baking sheets - something that's oddly missing from so many rentals. The yard was nicely maintained. Very cozy house, ideal for a couple. I'd definitely recommend!
