Historic Shotgun House, located just off Greene Street. This building was moved from the ghost town of Eureka and completely remodeled. Stay in a piece of San Juan County mining history with all the modern comforts. The Shotgun House features a King sized bed in master with attached half bath. The living room features a queen pullout. Enjoy a private outdoor area with panoramic views. The perfect location for all backcountry adventures. All restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Our stay at the Shotgun house was wonderful. The house is very roomy for two people and is located in town, easy walk to town for stores and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook full meal. Loved that it was pet friendly, and there is a wonderful little yard. We will return.

Great stay!

The house is great and had everything we needed for a week long stay in Silverton with our pup. Great jumping off point for hiking in the area as well as enjoying the town itself. Nick was very responsive when we had questions. Would recommend!

Absolutely perfect. We stayed in this home between camping (before and after). It was wonderful. Terrific location in town. Terrific location for hiking & access to the alpine loop for off-roading. The home is clean and SO well stocked. The laundry was terrific to have. The bed, pillows and linens are all lovely. Communication with home owner was quick & easy. Check in was a breeze. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Nick!!!!

Perfectly Appointed

Perfect location between Ouray and Purgatory Ski Resort. With amazing scenery in all directions. Accommodations felt like home with nice charm. Property owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Centrally Located, Everything You Need

Location was ideal in downtown silverton for access to the mountain. Property manager Nick was extremely responsive and accommodating. The property was ideally sized for two and had all amenities that you could need.

Excellent host in beautiful Silverton

House was charming and a perfect size for my wife and I. It was decorated wonderfully and had history in the area which was awesome. Modern amenities with old school mountain charm. Our host was wonderful. Very gracious and accommodating. Even went out of their way to find us a crockpot. It was amazing. We came to Silverton with friends who stayed in other houses and a hotel. We came to ride UTVs in the beautiful surrounding mountain trails. We had heard of some bad vibes for being on SxSs. We experienced none of that and would rebook in this area and this specific house again in a heartbeat.
