Cape-style home in a family-friendly neighborhood. Open floor plan with large living room and dining room (seating for 6). 3 Bedrooms on 2nd floor. (King, Queen & 3 twin beds) Washer and Dryer in basement. On 1/2 acre flat lot with deck off the kitchen. Deck with table and chairs (seating for 6). Outdoor shower, window air conditioners. 1 mile to Red River beach. We provide beach chairs cooler and umbrella. Bike path at end of street. 10 Miles to Chatham Center, 3 miles to Harwich Center, lots of shopping and restaurants. Multiple golf courses within 5 to 10 miles. 2 miles to Nantucket Ferry.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The Property was Perfect For Our Stay Close To All Our Friends In Brewster and Chatham, Red River Beach Is A Must For Anyone Staying Close By The Water Is Perfect and Inviting.. Lots Of Local Restaurants And Easy Access To Provincetown For Day or Daily Trips.
