Escape to South Dennis, a minute walk from Fresh Pond Conservation Land, a five-minute drive to Wilbur Park on the Bass River, and only two miles from numerous Nantucket Sound beaches, this dog-friendly property is sure to have plenty of outdoor activities for both you and your furry friend.
Enter into a convenient mudroom, perfect for keeping sand from the beach out of the rest of the beautiful interior. Rich hardwood floors run throughout the home, including in the fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, which greets guests off of the mudroom entrance. Also on the first floor, a quaint living room allows you to unwind after a long day of Cape Cod fun. The finished basement has beautiful exposed wood ceilings and rich hardwood floors, providing a nice escape to relax after a long day in the sun. Please note the basement bedroom does not have any air conditioning.
Comfortably sleeping seven, two of the home's three bedrooms are on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite full bathroom, with the second bedroom housing two twin beds. A final ground-floor bedroom completes the sleeping arrangements with one queen and one twin bed.
