Thank you for the review. We are working to improve the home. You are correct, there is not a lot of decor. When people are at the home, we do not take out the garbage so they may havr been full when you were there.
House with plenty of room. Comfortable rural setting right outside Frankenmuth. We really enjoyed our stay.

Home is a great size and close to downtown area. There aafeatures and furniture are in fair/poor condition. Closet doors are hanging on by a thread, legs to couches are leaning and the cabinets doors are all off track. The home will work for a large family gathering and is nothing fancy but please check out on time or host will charge extra fees!

Thank you for the review and we are always working to improve. However, I believe that you have made some misstatements. You were not charged extra for not checking out on time even though you checked out an hour late. You were charged for the additional cleaning that had to be done because you violated the no smoking rule, not only smoking cigarettes, but marijuana. Even with additional cleaning, the next guests indicated that there was still a faint smell.
Amazing home with room for a large family. Fun games for kids to play. Great/spacious sleeping accommodations with private bathrooms for each room. Easy to navigate to. Already booking our next stay!
My family and I had never been to Frankenmuth. This was my gift to my children and grandchildren for the holidays. Everything was great about the house, and close to town. Really enjoyed our time together. The house was huge and more than enough room for the 14 of us!
This house was in the perfect spot for Frankenmuth and Birch Run. The house had everything in the kitchen you needed along with extra blankets and pillows. We had a total of 14 people that stayed at the house and with its size you were never cramped. We are hoping this house is still here next year when we come back for Snow and Ice Fest.
Our stay at this house was relaxing. The house has lots of games for the children of all ages. The blocks and video game were our grandkids favorite. There is lots of room outside for the family to play and explore. The location is close enough to Frankenmuth and shopping, yet far enough away to enjoy the country vibes. We communicated with the host overall cleanliness and safety concerns for some of the furniture and general maintenance of the house. She not aware of some of the issues and apologized. She was quick to respond to all of our concerns and question.Wonderful location for a family gathering.

Thank you for the review and for providing us with the information that you did. We will make the corrections and work to improve.
Spacious property in good shape. Lots of fun activities in the house and the area. Clean. AC upstairs didn’t work efficiently to keep rooms cool, but this may have been a malfunction and was not too uncomfortable to sleep. Lots of dishes. If planning to cook bring your spices and oils. Basic kitchen utensils provided. If cooking for a larger group bring big pots. Plenty of towels, linens and paper products. We definitely enjoyed our stay.
Our family of 8 (adults and teenagers) spent the weekend at the home to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. The home was very spacious and clean. Plenty of utensils and kitchenware for whatever we needed. Fun games including an arcade, air hockey and fuse ball tables. The hosts were prompt in replying to me. The door locks were a little tricky. A manual for the house would be a great addition to help answer questions and make available information about staying at the home and the local area. Offering some basic toiletries would be a welcome addition as well.
