Our condo was wonderful and fit our family group in comfort and space. We enjoyed the balcony with extra seating and view of the beach. Great place!

My family loved this condo. It was better than the pictures and they were amazing! We all had our separate bedrooms and bathrooms which is so nice! The view from all the windows and the balcony was spectacular. Location was great. You were close enough to everything without being in the middle of it all. We had everything we needed for our stay. If I could be picky it would have been nice to have an air fryer for the kitchen. One note is that you only get two parking passes if you have more than two vehicles the others have to park off site. We will for sure be back!

This condo is Beautiful, spacious, and clean. The beach view was stunning. When my family and I pulled into the garage, we were met by the attendant (she was the sweetest person). Our stay was a 10/10, I would definitely recommend The Colonnade at Orange Beach. Bowen/ Washington/ Miller Crew

Excellent location - right on the beach. A little light on the "games" available in the unit.Clean, comfortable and cozy.I recommend it for everyone.

The unit was exactly how it was presented in photos. Alabama getaway staff were very responsive. The beach was just lovely. We had a great time and would certainly come back again.

Gulf shores ‘25

We were in Gulf Shores for the NCAA beach volleyball championship. The condo was super nice and very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Room, accommodations not so much.

It wasn’t clear that all balconies were under construction. So we couldn’t even open the doors to balconies because there was no railing. Listing warned of construction and noise, but wasn’t exactly clear there would be no balconies. We weren’t the only ones that missed the warning because security told us that people got there and left because of it. They are also completely serious about no more than two cars regardless if the place is empty. We rented 4 bedroom and had 3 cars. I completely understand that there is not a lot of parking if the complex is completely booked but there was at very least 17 empty spots at all times and this is not counting the spots taken up by next door construction. To park 3rd vehicle without paying somewhere else each day, it was 5 miles down to Orange Beach to park at Rouses. The dryer wouldn’t dry towels without going through 3/4 drying cycles. The space itself was beautiful and clean. We were also told that the few that did stay got a discount and we did not. In fact we tried call twice with no return call. Overall we were disappointed to say the least. We paid a lot of money and not being able to enjoy the sound of the ocean and the breeze from balcony was a bust and parking situation with so many open places was beyond ridiculous!

The condo was wonderful. Placed perfectly to enjoy the beach or pool. Great location to be able to shop and eat in just a few minutes. You can keep a low profile or enjoy the beach scene.

Very roomy for 7of us. Never felt too crowded, as we were rarely in the same part of the unit at once. Kitchen was well equipped and the ice maker was always full. Dryer was taking hours for a load of towels and an immediate response had the repairman there the next day to unplug the vent chute going up into the ceiling and all was good. Easy access to the beach. The unit was very clean. The light switches were marked….thank you. The patio was spacious and even had room for my zero gravity lounger, to get my feet up for a nap. The adjacent condo unit to the south had a pool, lazy river and a water slide. The water slide was in constant use with screaming 5 year olds, which went until 10 PM. You could barely hear them inside the unit and with the TV on, you were unaware, so excellent sound proofing. No wine on the patio until after 10 PM, although before 10 PM, Coors Light x 3 was recommended. Easy parking, abundance of carts with prompt elevators. Overall a beautiful property on an excellent setting. I’d visit again after the end of August, when school is in session.
