A Kid Friendly Home Perfectamente situado entre Sea World, Legoland y la playa

La propiedad se encuentra en el final de un cul-de-sac frente a un gran parque a poca distancia de las piscina comunitaria, tiendas y el cine y se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche de las hermosas playas del Mar y el Océano Pacífico. Nuestra casa consta de 4 amplias habitaciones de la planta baja, un niños-den, y 4 dormitorios en planta alta. El dormitorio principal tiene un cuarto de baño con cama king size, la segunda habitación tiene una cama doble, el tercero una cama de matrimonio, y el cuarto contiene dos literas para los niños. En el exterior hay una gran unidad con estacionamiento para dos coches y una privada, tranquila, orientada al sur patio trasero para disfrutar del sol. La casa incluye muchos extras familia, tales como mesa de billar, bicicletas, bañera de hidromasaje, cama elástica, home-cinema, columpios, casa del árbol, muro de escalada (y cuerda!) y aro de baloncesto para mantener a los niños entretenidos y felices.

La propiedad está situada a poca distancia de escuelas, biblioteca, tiendas, y el Centro de Recreación Carmel Valley Community. También está a sólo minutos de las playas del Mar, hipódromo y parques de atracciones, restaurantes y tiendas. Situado en el centro y una unidad rápida a los favoritos de San Diego, como Sea World, el histórico Old Towne San Diego, el Zoológico de San Diego, el estadio Petco Park y el distrito de Gaslamp Downtown.

Highly Recommend

This property was perfect for our family of 7. With 5 kids ranging from 9-15, there was something for everyone and enough space for all to be comfortable. Nina and Neal went above and beyond with their hospitality. Everything was wonderful and our stay in California was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better property. Highly recommend!

Best VRBO ever!

The property was everything and more that we had hoped for to best accommodate our family. The hospitality touches were above and beyond and made us feel extra welcome. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and very welcoming. The house extras - bikes, backyard grilling, beach chairs and more kept our family entertained. We'd book again!

A terrific two week stay for our young grandkids!

We were so lucky to find this wonderful rental in Carmel Valley! The neighborhood was so convenient, and the home is huge and well stocked with all sorts of entertaining activities. So much fun for the kiddos! We live in Cardiff by the Sea, so it is very close to our house and beach. The owners are thoughtful and helpful, and we don't hesitate to give it top ratings!

Best family-friendly house in Del Mar

I have 5yr old triplets who absolutely loved this family-friendly house including the hot tub, backyard playground, swing in living room, toys galore and the drumset in the garage! Amazing shopping/restaurants/grocers with huge organic selection and 10mins to the beach. Neal was the best host - anything we needed he was there! Thank you for a very memorable stay in Del Mar. We will be back :)

Perfect house for kids, full stop.

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and it's no exaggeration to say it was the best kids house we've stayed in. From the playground to the trampoline to the indoor swing to the plethora of toys, our two toddlers were thoroughly entertained. What's more, Neal was a perfect host, coming by to fix a few small issues. I couldn't recommend this house for families more.

My family enjoyed their stay at Sach's house. It has perfect setup to keep kids busy with toys, swings, books, backyard playsets etc. Neal and family were generous with providing us all we needed for our stay. To top it all Neal suggested we try out the blue apron package that was delivered. He forgot to cancel it and wanted to make sure it was put to good use. Highly recommended for families with kids.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!

A little nervous being my first VRBO stay coming from Florida to CA. Only have stayed in hotels in other states. Neal and Nina were very accommodating. They checked on us to make sure our flight was ok (even though they were already paid!) The house was set up for kids. Our girls are older but when they came over, they even had fun. The house had everything you need or want. The beds were comfortable. Neal checked on the spa chems a little way through to make sure we were good. A binder was left with ideas of things to do which was help. The location was perfect. We were within a decent trip to everything we wanted to go do and see. I could not think of anything that would make this place better. They put thought into making their guests comfortable and we all appreciated it. Thank you Neal and Nina!

It is super kids friendly and cozy

I'd say this is my best experience on all my short stay history.The host is super friendly, provides good information when needed. There was some small issue with the refrig and the host drive by at our earliest convince and fixed it with no time. Super nice, super professional.The house, although it titles with "kids friendly", I didn't expect it is so appealing to the kids. They spent a lot of time in the house and backyard beside spending time in the beach :D Beyond the kid friendly part, the host hide a lot of small surprises around the house that made us smile and happy -- small, but they made us feel their nice considerations. I won't reveal those secrets I guess that waits for the next guest to find out.San Diego is a place I go to every now and then, and this is a super nice stay and I may choose it again if time meets.

WOW, FANTASTIC HOUSE with LOTS of EXTRAS!

Neal and Tina are the best communicators and helped with any question, very responsive, and friendly! The house is fabulous, spacious with 4 bedrooms, and plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids LOVED the Bikes, Hot Tub, Trampaline, X Box, Apple T.V. Our youngest loved the access to X Box and Apple TV. Amazon etc. to watch his shows, play Just Dance while our older teenagers loved riding bikes, scooter around the neighborhood and soaking in the hot tub! The house is a GREAT location, next to Torrey Pines State Beach, the University, and 10 minutes from Del Mar, or Pacific Beach, both great locations! We love the area and it was so convenient to many areas for hiking/walking. We enjoyed BBQ's every night with a great gas BBQ and invited family to sit outside with us. Lovely backyward with lights. It was a perfect house for us to enjoy! We greatly enjoyed it and will return!

Great place for kids

This property was everything as advertised plus more. It had boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs and a wide assortment of towels - everything you would need to go to the beach, which was our first priority. There were plenty of bath towels and soap was available at the the washing machine. A huge refrigerator (already pre-filled with some drinks) and a full kitchen made cooking a few meals in-between eating out a breeze. My five and eight year-old grandsons were occupied for a week with a number of toys inside and the trampoline in the backyard. The location is conveniently located within 10 minutes to Del Mar beach (why I picked it) and 5 minutes to a large grocery store. This property is also 5 minutes from I-5 (north-south) or CA 56 (east -west) so getting anywhere in the San Diego is very easy. All in all, this house is ideal for grandma, grandpa, son, daughter-in-law and two young grandsons. We will plan on coming back next year.

The Best Day Of Her Life

As we entered the home my granddaughter said "This is the best day of her life!" There was a swing hanging from the middle of the ceiling in the play room. There were lots of toys to keep the girls entertained. The backyard has a trampoline, climber and sandbox. The bedrooms were very welcoming to the girls and there is plenty of sleeping space. The Home Entertainment System was a plus cause the kids enjoyed the big screen! The home is located in a nice welcoming neighborhood. Down the street is a park to play a little soccer, basketball, or just enjoy the playground. The garage is loaded with things to do and bikes for everyone to ride. There are plenty of grocery stores and places to eat close by. We went to Lego Land, Sea World, Children's Museum, Dog Beach and the parade. The nice part of the location of this home is that nothing was too far away! The owners are vey caring people and easy to work with. From the time of the rental to the end of our stay we were able to contact the owner whenever needed. It is always nice to know communication is always available and any questions can be answered. The owner even helped us out because we had come on Christmas Day by getting us a few groceries in case there was nothing open once we had arrived. I would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place and traveling with children. It certainly was a Child Friendly Home and that is what I was looking for!!

Our stay here was great. Our daughters, ages 7 and 10, absolutely loved the backyard and all of the activities/toys in the house. The hot tub was great. The bedrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The house is close enough to downtown and close to beaches. They had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house and great hosts!

The house is simply a lot of fun: great hot tub, trampoline, sunset views from the backyard, a disco in the living room! Close to great hikes (e.g., Sword trail) and 10 -15 minutes to Del Mar beach or Torrey Pines. The hosts responded promptly and efficiently to a couple of minor issues. We hope to stay here again.

Great family home

Home is geared towards family and kids. Many fun activities set up both inside and out. Very short drive to Torrey Pines Beach, one block to the park. Good location for cycling, Enjoyed our stay! Owners always available if you need anything.

The place was nice, spacious with lots of extras we enjoyed a lot! The kids loved the backyard. Neal was an excellent host, responded within 10 mins to each question and went out of his way to make the experience completely seamless for us.

Great location, great house, super kid-friendly

My family rented the house with another family for a week. We have three kids between us (ages 9, 8, and 6) and the house was awesome for them - lots of toys, games, and activities inside and out. The location was great for our needs (Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Torrey Pines beach, Legoland, etc.) and was a great relaxing place to come home to after a long day out. We will be back!

This home exceeded all our expectations. It is a family paradise. Close to everything and perfect!

This location and amenities were fabulous. Age 3 years to 74 found plenty to do. We anticipated a “beach Vacation” but we went every other day. A perfect beach with snack bar, immaculate bathrooms etc. There was so much to do at home, playhouse, swings, trampoline, pool table plus scooters, bikes etc. and a closet filled with family games. We all enjoyed the many extras. San Diago attractions were so close and the location perfect for restaurants, groceries movies just a few blocks away Neal answered every text promptly and was great to work with throughout the process We appreciate his kindness and prompt replies We definitely will rent again. Much more than we expected after renting in California for ten years.

Great amenities and great location!

This house was ideal for the four kids we had with us. There was always something for them to do between the swings, trampoline, games, toys, instruments, bikes and scooters. The house is on a cul-de-sac so playing in the street was not a worry and there's a park down the street. this house is close enough to every beach, skate park, and tourist destination to make it an easy place for a home base. The owner, Neal, was incredibly helpful, responsive, friendly and gracious. We had a wonderful first visit to San Diego and would definitely recommend this house!

The home was totally kid friendly and centrally located to EVERYTHING we needed.

The home was everything we expected. And well worth the investment of traveling to SoCal with four kids (ages 4 to 10). The home was clean and offered all the amenities of being a home away from home. Our family of 7 loved the TV/projector in master bedroom! The park less than a block away gave us a chance to play and exercise. Ralph's grocery store was only minutes from the home and we were able to pick up anything we needed. The owner was available to help us with anything we needed. All the appliances in the home were functional which made it convenient for meals. The AC worked perfect, but required some adjustment to temperature because it is programmed to be off during the coolest part of the day. But that was no inconvenience . It only took a few seconds to adjust manually. The home is located in a cul de sac and neighborhood is quiet. Our kids rode bikes and scooters just outside the home with no problem. House is located within 30 minutes of Legoland, Carlsbad state beach and Petco Park. Overall, our visit was pleasant. The home was comfortable and big enough to sleep 3 adults and 4 children. Our kids can't wait to get back. I would recommend this property to any family looking to vacation at a home away from home. Did I mention that I got a chance to sharpen my skills with the pool table in the garage? 😎

So wonderful for families!

Absolutely fabulous!!! We never wanted to leave. Everything you could ever want for kids - plenty of space, lots of entertainment, so clean and quiet. Down the street from a community park where folks stayed out past sunset - very safe! Perfect!

My wife Tina and I arrived in in San Diego from London England in 2007 and have been here ever since. After finding Carmel Valley was the perfect place for our three kids to grow up and go to school we bought a house here that same year.

We spend a large portion of the year travelling and when we are away from home, we offer our home to guests so they can enjoy the attractions of San Diego. Having lived in London, England, Freiburg, Germany, Narbonne, France and Jerez, Spain we know from personal experience there is no where like San Diego for guaranteed beautiful weather and family fun.
