Welcome to Paula's Place! Charming Charleston Style Row Home in the Center of Brier Creek in the Heart of RTP! Walking Distance from shopping and minutes from HWY 540 and I40 and Airport! 6month minimum lease but open to longer.

While the location is amazing, the inside of this home will not disappoint!

Great kitchen and living area downstairs that is very new and well kept. Then upstairs you have three spacious bedrooms to enjoy! There is a small porch on the front and back of the house and a pool down the street.

Less than 15mins to downtown Durham, downtown Raleigh, the airport, PNC arena, and major hospitals. Come to the Triangle and see it all! We want to make sure your experience is the best it can be. Please let us know if it is not 5 Star worthy!

Great place, great location

We were in town for a family wedding, great location for many things to do. House was clean and very comfortable for the 5 of us. Max was incredibly responsive and gave us great recommendations of things to check out in the area. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

The directions were perfect. The place was clean and huge. The property managers were super easy to get a hold of. Would have appreciated larger shower towels but that's such a minor quibble I can't give a less star for it.

Nice place on a busy road.

The listing photos and description are accurate for this nice house. I was surprised at how busy the road is, which makes the front bedroom of the house noisy for sleeping—but that’s just a location issue, not a fault of the hosts, who were easy to interact with and asked little of guests.

Great place!

I love Paulas Place in Raleigh so much I've stayed there more than once. The location (Brier Creek), the space, amenities...anything you need is right there. Best of all is they allow pets! My two dogs travel with me and Paulas Place is pet friendly. There's a fenced in back yard and plenty of great walking areas. The neighborhood is super quiet. When I visit Raleigh in the future, I will stay at Paula's Place.

We had a great stay in Raleigh. We arrived in town a bit early and owners were accommodating and let us in a little early. Our only issue was that we are not used to the sounds of street traffic, so that was a bit of an adjustment when sleeping, but location is near many restaurants etc.

So Comfy

The place was lovely and very homey. We enjoyed our stay. The road noise can get loud every now and then and the place was clean enough. My dog and I found a few spots missed. I loved that the house had everything we could need for cooking and laundry.

Home Away From Home

We love it here. This is our go-to place when we travel to the Brier Creek area. Max is an amazing host. Communication is always superb. The home is very clean and has everything you could possibly want for your stay. It's also in a great location - close to so many restaurants, shopping, etc. We highly recommend that you book!

Convenient to Area Ammenitites

The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants located across the street or down the road. We appreciated that the unit was dog friendly; however the overall cleanliness was not the best. There was visible dust and grime on the walls and baseboards, the window blinds were broken on many of the windows and it had an overall "worn" appearance.

Extreme road noise

Property sits about 20 feet at most from road that is heavily traveled by cars and semi. You can hear traffic noise all day long. Close to stores and restaurants that are across the street. Also within 10 minutes from airport and early morning airplane noise. There are no instruction's as what to do when you leave. No grill and just a soaking tub.
