We understand the importance of having all the necessary supplies, and that’s why we let guests know in advance about the trash bag policy to help them plan for their stay. As for the pool table triangle, we do our best to respond quickly to requests, but some items are unfortunately harder to replace immediately, especially late at night. Thank you for your feedback Tracy , I was trying to help you, personally went to the property for your 2 reported issues. 1 was the breaker (due to the toaster was tripping, after I removed the toaster from the outlet everything was working properly, I'm assuming water splashes in the toaster, this problem solved. Never heard about a leak , nor from the refrigerator and not from the bathroom, if there was a leak we would come check before the leak will cause more damages to the property, it was really nice if you'd reported a leak (if there was any at all) On your last night you contacted me in regards to a unstable board on the step which I was not aware , the board was not like that when you checked in and never brought to my attention until we you received the checkout information by our automated system. You mentioned your flight is not until later that day and I explained very nicely that we have a guests coming at 4pm and the checkout time is 10am (not 11am) , if I could I would spare the extra hour for you however we need to clean the place to make it ready for our next guests. It seems like you were not happy with my refusal for the extra hour and going back and forth with more and more messages even after I provided a screenshot from the listing that is clearly says checkout is 10am , in addition you receive that same checkout time 5 minutes after you booked the place 6 month prior to check-in date. I understand you were not happy with my request and need to spend another hour at the airport however, we want to clean and inspect the place before a new guest arrive that day which we did exactly the same thing before you arrived , I don't it will be fair delaying another guest check-In just because you wish to stay at the place longer. The only complaint from you was a tripped breaker (was from the toaster) And the step (which could be damaged by one of your own group, once we received your messages about the step we went there to fix that. We are not there 24/7 , we do not have maintenance on site 24/7 , this house is still Vacation rental and not primary residence which make the place open to extreme wear and tear. You asked me prior to your arrival if we provide beach gear , I have 50+ properties and it'll be very difficult to provide and maintain beach gear, you may rented some other places in the past but most likely it was managed by a single owner who has more ability to manage his one property. I provided all the information 5 minutes after booking which shows exactly what is provided and what isn't. Replacement, upgrades and renovations always done in the off season. We are unable to do major repair and renovation during the busy summer time. We provided fresh towels for each guest (1 set per guest) Bath, hand and washcloth. Which also was part of the lost of what we provide. We've never offered or list this or any other properties with extra towels or beach gear. I'm deeply sorry if I was unable to provide a good experience but I try to do my best to help you , in some places you'll wait 24 hours before you even get a respond. I'm a good host and I provide great customer service , I expected to get a low rating review from because you have mentioned that on your text after I was unable to spend another at the property.
