Unfortunately the description of the property was not manner in which we found it. Check-in time was listed at 4 pm. However when we arrived, all 4 couples at 4 pm and we attempted to enter the house, we found the cleaning staff still cleaning the house. One of the women advised my daughter-in-law that the house was full of empty beer bottles strewn around the house and it was filthy. We were advised to come back in 40 minutes. We arrived back at 5:30 pm and the cleaning crew was still there. We did not finally gain access to the house until 5:45. Over the next day or so we found numerous things that needed to be repaired. Two of the toilets did not work properly and were constantly running. Two of the bathroom sinks could not drain properly since the stoppers could not be raised to allow the sink to drain. The dishwasher was not working. Fortunately my wife went on line and found out how to re-set the dishwasher so it would work. We had to do this procedure once more during the week. The washing machine was not working until Wednesday when one of the maintenance staff brought out a replacement part. The bed in our grandson's bedroom had a broken frame and a mis-sized mattress. This was replaced by the maintenance staff. The sliding door off of the dining area would not close properly and we constantly had house flys and mosquitos entering the house. The area around the pool disparately needed cleaning all of the pool chairs were filthy and there were weed
