Great location, perfect for walking to downtown Grand Juntion. It was a bit warm and not all bedrooms upstairs had A/C vents. Plenty of room to spread out. Really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the location and had plenty of space to relax during your stay—it’s great to hear you were able to take advantage of being so close to downtown Grand Junction.
We also appreciate your feedback about the upstairs bedrooms. We’ll definitely take a closer look at that to see how we can make things more comfortable for future guests.
Thanks again for staying with us—we’d love to host you again!
We needed a larger place for a volunteer group and this had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet even though on a busier street. Loved the walkability to downtown area. Easy to check in and loved keypad vs keys . Would stay here again .

My family and I were in town for a wedding. We had 7 people and this property was perfect. With a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for my ellder mother-in-law and four bedrooms upstairs, it suited our needs perfectly. The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was beautiful. There is great parking and the management company was very accessible. I highly recommended this home for your stay.

We are thrilled that you and your family enjoyed your stay in the spacious Grand Lodge. We hope to see you again!
Downtown restaurants all in walking distance. Ten minutes to Colorado national Monument, Southern entrance, 15 minutes to very nice winery. We were gathering family to revisit our childhood of 60 years ago and wanted to live in the same area as our grandparents. This was the perfect location and led to a perfect stay.

This house worked out perfectly for
my family. We had gathered there for a wedding and it was located close to a lot of the events. We used the big dinning table to sit a talk.

Stephanie, I am so happy that this home worked for your celebration weekend. Thank you for the comments on the big dining table. It is a great place to sit back, relax, and visit. We hope to see you again!
Communication with the property manager was great, upon arrival. The description was very accurate. Large enough house for our group, in a perfect location for everything we had planned. Very comfortable stay. We visit Grand Junction frequently and will definitely be renting this house again!

We are thrilled that you loved the place and that it met all your needs. We would love to host you again at the Grand Lodge.
Perfect location to walk downtown. The property was clean and very nice. Only thing I would recommend is adding body length mirrors. The only mirrors there are in the bathrooms and it makes it hard to get ready when staying with a group of people.
The listing omitted to fact a downstairs apartment was occupied. Thus we did not have the property to ourselves. The listing should have reflected the the basement apartment.

Thank you, Paul, for your feedback. We have updated our listing to clearly note the downstairs tenant. They have a completely separate entrance and parking, and there is no interaction between guests and the tenant. We always strive to be transparent so guests know exactly what to expect.
The property was great. It fit our needs very well. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, silverware, pots and pans. The house was clean and comfortable. The grill in the backyard worked great. There was plenty of parking for the vehicles we had. 4 motorcycles, 3 cars and a trailer. Everybody found the beds to be comfortable. Sky Run was very good to work with. The only problem we had was someone entered the property while we were out and removed a small refrigerator and we weren't informed. We felt this was a serious breach of privacy.

We apologize again for the owner picking up the mini fridge workout notifying us. So happy to hear the beds were comfortable and you had plenty of parking. Hope to see you again!
Old fashioned charm with modern conveniences. It was a good temporary home for a family. In addition to attending my grandson's graduation, we cooked, ate, napped and visited. The kitchen was well equiped and bedding and bath supplies were good. It would have been good to have a couple of trivets or hot pads to put on the table under hot dishes. Also, the downstairs bath could use more towel racks, maybe on the side of the bathroom cabinet or hooks on the wall or door. Note: the temporary fix on the bottom of the door to the downstairs bedroom came apart.
