Spacious 3,650 sq. ft home to serve as the base camp for your fun filled getaway in Grand Junction! 3 king beds, and plenty of space for multiple families. Just over two miles to the Lunch Loops trailhead, hiking in the scenic Colorado National Monument, and Redlands Mesa golf course. When you're not out exploring and enjoying all the area has to offer, relax by the heated pool with beautiful views, and tons of privacy.
Inside, you'll also find two living areas to spread out, a ping pong table, foosball table, and plenty of seating to enjoy meals with your group.

Overall very nice place to stay. More storage containers in the kitchen would be nice. The grill is nice but could be much closer to the kitchen door. Lots of space to spread out. the game room downstairs is set up for kids.

What a lovely property and beautiful home to relax and enjoy. We have been enjoying visits to Grand Junction for 51 years. Would love to stay here again during our next visit. The owners were great to work with and very communicative!

Extended Family Stay

What a great location and house! We were so busy biking, rock climbing, and hiking. It was wonderful to come home form a full day of activities to a beautiful, spacious, comfortable house and large hot tub. It was perfect for our children (with the ping pong table and foosball) and the grownups.

Just what we hoped for

My family and I were in town for my brothers wedding and we wanted a place where many of us from out of town could all hang out together. The property fit us perfectly. We used absolutely every inch of the space. We even discussed renting the house in the future when we go back for family gatherings!

Great Place!

Beautiful views, plenty of space for a large group or family. Pool was nice, and was in a nice quite area. Great getaway for family vacation. Lots of hiking and things to do close by. If you like to bike and hike this place is for you. Renters were easy to get ahold of. Just text and they got you covered. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful home! Mike

Annual Trip with College Friends and Family

This house and location was perfect for our annual meet up with two families. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. As the early risers in the group, my husband and I loved sitting out back every day and watching and listening to the quail, hummingbirds, jays and more. Sunrise and sunsets over the monument are spectacular as well. Great location, with access to the trails, monument, wineries, and groceries. Only item that took some getting used to was the swamp cooler, but that was a simple enough fix.

Excellent place to get together with family and friends

We had a great weekend here. Our group was adults, teens and a 5 year old. More than enough space for everyone and activities, or quiet time to yourself. The outdoor space is beautifully designed and very relaxing. Everyone loved time in the pool. We really enjoyed the hot tub at night, with the stars overhead the scene is breathtaking. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and then some, like an extra large electric griddle, George Foreman grill, even a crockpot. The refrigerator is large and definitely appreciated when cooking for a large group. Beds are very comfortable and linens great quality. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to other families to book here for large groups. Wonderful hosts and great property!

Annual trip with college friends and family

This was our second stay with our three families at this property. It works great for us and gives everyone their own bedroom space and privacy, when needed. The neighborhood is beautiful for walks, runs and bike rides due to the low traffic and friendly people you pass, and you cannot beat the views of the valley and the stars at night. It was very hot for this visit but the two swamp coolers kept us comfortable, and the pool was perfect for cooling off kids and adults alike, into the evening hours. The location is also great if seeking other adventures in the area (museums, downtown, wine tasting, hiking, water parks, etc) or when you need to replenish supplies, everything is very close. Dinners were fun for all, as there is a lot of counter space, and the additional refrigerator in the garage allows for tons of drinks, snacks and left overs, or the shelving in the adjacent laundry provides easy to reach pantry staples.

The home needed a deep cleaning, the back of the bathroom door on the main level had lots of splatters and some touch up painting was needed. The Basement needed better lighting - pool, hot tub, and all of outside was wonderful. We biked, hiked and shopped to our heart's content. The kitchen was well supplied. The western slope has tons of stuff to do and we had a great time. Thanks for the opportunity.

Girl's Trip

This property was great and communication with the owners was excellent. Everything was wonderful. A quiet neighborhood and we met lovely neighbors on our walk. The birds were on fully display especially fun to watch the quail. Lots of hiking trails nearby. Magnificent views. The pool, hot tub and outdoor areas were awesome! I can't say enough great things about the experience.

Annual GJ trip

The house was as described and what we needed for our annual dirt biking trip. The house is clean and well stocked with everyday necessities. The hot tub was great and exactly what we needed after riding all day. Extra parking for dirt bike trailers was a major plus. Will be booking again for next year.

The Perfect Getaway!

We've stayed at this gorgeous house with friends and family alike over the years. It has never disappointed and offers everything we need for relaxation and tons of fun...right next to the Colorado National Monument! We hope to make many more memories here in the future. Thanks for opportunity!

Pool was the key

We chose this place because of the pool. Typically we choose a Vrbo based on a hot tub but this year my daughter has a baby on the way so we wanted to make sure she could relax too. Upon arrival the house was as listed. Entry code was easy to access and we walked into a house with plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone. This was a much needed entry after 16 hours of driving. The layout was a very open concept which we greatly appreciated. The first day the younger kids hopped right into the pool to burn off some energy. The location was ideal for shopping and the view was great. The second day I had a relative come to visit for the day and we grilled out and visited all day. Quiet time starts at 9:00 for the comfort of the neighbors but a little after 8 I get a text telling me that the neighbors are complaining that we are too loud. Let me backtrack and say that nobody was in the pool, we had a speaker playing very light music and there were 5 of us outside talking. I was very shocked to hear that we were disturbing to neighbors and it was still early. The rest of the stay we didn’t dare stay outside too late in fear that we would get complained on again. I would like to note that anyone with light colored hair after being on the pool now has blue/green streaks in their hair. Albeit a great place I think next time we have decided to stay somewhere a little more secluded so we don’t feel like there are eyes on us the entire time we are trying to enjoy our family time.
