Stoney Creek Northstar #14 is a fully renovated property located within the popular Whistler Village North area. Guests will enjoy easy access to everything in Whistler, including the Olympic Plaza, Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas and the many shopping and restaurant options situated along the Whistler Village Stroll.
This condo accommodation is a ground floor, one level rental property with an open plan living/dining area and is about 650 square feet. Upon entry there is a spacious mudroom with closet and bench for storing boots and skis and an in-suite washer dryer. The bedroom features a comfortable Queen sized bed, television with cable as well as a large closet and dresser. The bathroom is located directly opposite the bedroom and features a rain shower. This Stoney Creek rental accommodation has a well equipped kitchen which has all of the conveniences of home including a full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. The living area has a flat screen T.V. with DVD player, C.D. Stereo, gas fireplace and a Queen sized sofabed. Stoney Creek Northstar #14 sits in a quiet part of the complex and has a wrap around patio with patio chairs for enjoying the outdoors. Fantastic location. Easy check-in/check-out process. Clean and tidy ground level condo. I would not recommend anyone sleep on the pull out couch who weighs more than 60lbs.
Our stay was very clean and comfortable with almost all the basic necessities provided. The place is also just a short walk to the main city center which was great.
Enjoyed our stay, everything was as described. Would recommend. Short walk into the center and ski lifts, excellent choice of local restaurants and shops.
All my needs were met. Stayed in this complex before, can’t beat the locationSuggest updating sofa bed, very uncomfortable mattress and frame is old and uneven. Not suitable for an adult to sleep on comfortably.
Great stay at the 1 bedroom condo - loved the coziness, gas fireplace and even kitchen was great. Facility had lovely hot tub and pool and was fight across from the marketplace which was so convenient. Downsides - staff is rude and inflexible to early arrivals and the sound traveled greatly from top unit into ours which was loud during day/night. Otherwise, great stay!

Dear Katie, thanks for the review. We are sorry to hear that you found our staff rude. Regarding early check-in, we always check guests in early provided the room is clean and ready. If we're provided with estimated arrival times, we provide that information to the cleaners and they do their absolute best to prioritize those properties. Our apologies that your room wasn't ready early for you this time. Your arrival was on the Monday of a long weekend so the cleaners likely a had an extremely busy day as opposed to us being inflexible. Thank you.
Great location, seemless booking and check in and check out.
Location is great. Few things that could be improved on are, the sofa bed needs to be replaced, you can feel every spring poking. The sofa and recliner needs good cleaning as you could feel the dust when sitting on it. The feather filled blanket can be upgraded as it was shedding feathers and at times it felt like needles poking you.

We found the perfect place! We just needed a place close to YVR, for a night. A beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood. Unit was roomy, bright and very well cared for.Full kitchen,(coffee,tea and oatmeal packages were provided,so grab some food on the way) no TV (no problem). Would definitely stay here again. Street parking was good.
Everything was great except for the noise transfer from the unit upstairs. their living room was over my bedroom and so it was very noisy at night whenI needed to sleep.
Great, fully equipped, one bedroom unit. Comfy and newly updated. Location was close enough to the village, without being in the village. Parking underground was great and the all important Wi-Fi was solid too. Would definitely stay again. Only issue about the unit is that the pull out sofa bed is not very comfortable, as I guess most pullouts are. And if there was a suggestion box - my comment would be about the pool. Couldn’t even get in edgewise, it was consistently busy from open to close. I would maybe like to see adults only for an hour during the day maybe?? Besides that, everything was fantastic. Thank you!
The unit is located on the front end of the complex. It's a 2-3 min. walk away from Fresh St. Market, and the bus stop where the free shuttle (#4) that goes to the WB gondola stops. Definitely a gem and great hospitality! <3

Four Perfect Days in Whistler

We enjoy Whistler several times during the spring through fall and it's aleays a great place to visit.
The condo is very clean and neat, nicely decorated and the kitchen is modern and well-supplied with utensils. Free parking in an assigned space in the parkade is a definite plus. The ground floor patio is pleasant with comfortable chairs and has some landscaping for privacy. We enjoyed the pool and large hot-tub in the complex.
Only negatives: a bit noisy on the patio when the air-con compressor is running. And the lighting in the LR and BR is not great for reading.
The unit was lovely, Spacious, quiet, well appointed, if a bit dark, and I would happily return. What could be improved upon would be a new mattress for the sofa bed, some artwork on the wall by the fireplace, and better instructions for newcomers about location of unit, luggage (no elevators), recycling and garbage bin. Otherwise, truly superior.
Property was clean, comfortable , quiet and spacious . Location is convenient to restaurants and grocery store.
