This charming neighborhood is just a 5-minute walk from the Airbnb apartment and is perfect for an afternoon stroll, exploring the local shops and businesses. In addition to its lively atmosphere, Bishop Arts is conveniently located near the university, shopping centers, malls, and medical facilities, including the nearby Methodist Medical Center. Whether you're looking for a day of shopping, a night out on the town, or just a place to relax and unwind, Bishop Arts has something for everyone.
The unit is in a suburban area with two driveways to the sides of the building to the parking lot in the back. The unit has two parking spaces marked with a 3 and plenty of roadside parking in the front. from parking lot go up the stairs to the right.
Please dont dirty the rugs.

We do not allow check ins passed 8 PM
1. Keep noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 6 AM, unless you're a professional sleepwalker or a werewolf - in which case, we kindly ask that you do your howling elsewhere.
2. We know you're on vacation, but please don't let your relaxation turn into a relaxation station. Keep the apartment clean and tidy during your stay.
3. We're all about inclusivity here, but please use the black hand towels for makeup removal only. We don't want any stained white towels to feel left out.
4. We understand that you're busy exploring the city, but please don't let the dishes and trash pile up like a game of Jenga. Keep the common areas clean, or else the cleaning fee monster will come out to play.
5. Accidents happen, and we get that. But please don't try to cover up any damages or issues like a cat trying to bury its business. Report any problems to us immediately, and we'll handle it like responsible adults (or at least try to).
6. We may be fun-loving hosts, but we take our community seriously. Please respect our neighbors and follow all local laws and regulations, or we'll have to send you to bed without dessert (just kidding, we're not that strict).
7. This is a no pet a property. a 100 dollar plus fee may be added per day if we find a pet was in the property
8. no smoking or vaping property. If we find the house smells like smoke we will add a 500 dollar smoking fee.
