Ski out right from the back door, then ski in after a long day to slip into the hot tub on the deck to wind down. Pop over to Tomboy Tavern for cocktails and American fare, or meander through the Core to explore shopping and ample restaurant options. Back home, relax in the main lofted living area nestled by the stoic wood-burning fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the San Joaquin Mountain Range. With four bedrooms all with ensuites, this condo is great for family vacations or friend getaways, with a multi-level layout perfect for privacy and comfort. This condo is a true gem in the heart of all of the action Telluride has to offer.

WHAT WE LOVE

- Soaking in the private hot tub on the deck after a long day on the slopes.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- Although you'll be steps away from the gondola, you may hear it running when you're not on the slopes.
- The guest bedroom can be arranged as a king bed or 2 twin beds, please let us know which you would prefer prior to your arrival.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
