Please note: like most of the downtown surrounding neighborhoods this area is undergoing major development. You will encounter beautifully updated houses as well as original, older homes. Nonetheless it is a safe, walkable area.

We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats only.
• Pets must be supervised or kenneled if left alone
• Any damages will be charged to the guest
• Unauthorized pets will result in cancellation without refund
*No Smoking
This is a smoke-free home. If smoking occurs inside the property, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
* Seasonal Stock Tank Pool (April – September)
Our stock tank pool is available seasonally and is not heated.
For your safety, a liability waiver is required after booking for all guests using the pool.
* Allergy Awareness
We use air fresheners and standard cleaning products in the home.
If you have sensitivities or allergies, please let us know at the time of booking so we can accommodate where possible.
*Mid-Stay Cleaning (Optional)
