Need a change of sea..nery? Check out these 210 degree views from this oceanfront balcony. This one bedroom condo is as close as you can get to the water. As the waves lap at your feet you can relax and enjoy a good book, take in the scenic views of a passing dolphin, pelican or even a shrimp boat or sun bathe and play in the waves. Low tides make a great time to walk on the beach and do your shelling. A fully stocked kitchen and 2 smart tvs make this place just right for your beach get away.

This is an oceanfront condo with a private bedroom and a full bathroom. A twin bunk bed is built in on the way to the living room. There are two smart tvs, a dining space and a fully stocked kitchen. Step out on the balcony and enjoy the spectacular 210 degree ocean views. We provide beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella (we do not provide snorkeling gear.)

There is a coin/smart phone laundry room on site. Tennis and basketball courts and corn hole boards just across the street.

Topsail Reef Condominiums

Get your groceries in either Sneads Ferry or Surf City before you come on the island. There are minimal restaurants and supply stores on the island which adds to the quiet laid back atmosphere.

There is a great little Tiki Bar and convenience store just across the street. They host karaoke and beach volleyball nights.
The beach can be inaccessible from the building during periods of high tides or storms but there are other accesses nearby.
