Beautiful Space

The condo is very nice, in a good location. Everything you need is provided.The owners were very responsive to my questions. The only problem we had was walking our luggage and groceries up and down 2 flights of stairs.

We loved this condo! My girls are 2 and 4 and loved the bunk beds. I was impressed with how spotless it was. Walking in, it smelled clean and it was beautiful. The kitchen has everything you would need including kids plates and cups. The walk to the beach was easy even with my two year old wanting to walk herself. I would absolutely recommend this condo and I hope to return to it. The views are great. The beach was great. We saw dolphins from the back door.

We had a wonderful time for our first time in North Topsail Beach. Everything was as described on the listing. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and loved the location of the condo. Overall, we had a great time and definitely would book again.

Beautiful Topsail Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Topsail Dunes. The property is beautiful, right on the beach, and offers wonderful ammenities. The condo itself was clean and had a beautiful view. Most of what we needed was un the condo which made our stay very enjoyable. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip

When we walked in it was so clean and it smelled wonderful. This was our first girls trip☀️🏝️👙 and we all loved it. Easy access to the beach to the pool and not too much of a drive to go to restaurants. We definitely recommend Rick’s Restaurant. Not too expensive in the food was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this little place to anyone.

Perfect! Just what we all needed.

Our family has had a very busy, very stressful summer, and staying here made all of that melt away. We looked out onto the balcony and the ocean was right there, a welcome sight every morning. The beach access was incredibly close and convenient, and the pool was a refreshing oasis at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Perect Get-a-way

Super cute condo. Has a nice beachie vibe. Tastefully decorated. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the kitchen and the deck view even better. We even saw dolphins a couple times. Easy check in and check out. Great place for a vacation.

Nice place, and everything met our needs

Property was as expected: clean and easy communications with host. Size was decent for 4 of us for the time we were there, with all the necessities available! No complaints and if we were to book in the location again, we would happily rent again. If you are looking for a place to get away out of the hustle of tourists, this is a good location. If you want to go out for activities or eating- everything is a drive.

Welcome to #2202 Topsail Dunes on beautiful Topsail Island.
Tom and I live in the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN. If I, had it my way, I'd be on the coast.... but Tom likes cold weather, skiing and pheasant hunting. We both proudly served in the US Army for a combined total of 47 years. I still have my entertainment company serving the Minneapolis area and surrounding suburbs. Tom is retired. I am too much a workaholic to retire just yet. I like what I do. Taking care of properties and working as a performing artist.
We hope you enjoy the condo as much as we do. This condo has an awesome view of both the pool and the ocean. You'll love it!!

Why they chose this property

A guest recently asked – how did you stumble across Topsail Island? Good question. The thing is you almost have to know someone who knows someone who knows someone. This is North Carolina’s secret…. A hidden gem.
And I did happen to know someone– my brother-in-law retired in Hampstead. Hampstead is the beach town of Topsail Island. If you -blink - you missed it. I always wanted Ocean front property having grown up on the Connecticut side of Long Island sound. I have been all over the world with my military career - seen many oceans worldwide. So, my sister said – you need to check out the beaches of Topsail Island. Her husband’s family went there on vacations way back in the day.
So, in 2005 while at a tradeshow in Altana for my business, where we decided everything went wrong that could have – I said to Tom - let’s get out of here and drive to Topsail and look at properties. That was in November 2005. May 2006, I closed on the dunes. The following year, the Regis.
I finally felt I had my little slice of heaven. And that is what Topsail island really is.

Bring binocs. This condo with upgraded November 2022 with attention to detail by an extremely talented designer. Beautiful new kitchen. Built in wall cabinets in the master bedroom make this condo extra special.
