This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again.

Home was in a nice neighborhood conveniently located next to highway and amenities. It also was equipped with pretty much everything we needed for an extended stay (1 week). The home does, however, need some TLC and may not be up to everyone’s standards but for us it was perfectly fine looking past some of the imperfections.

We had a great time! The house is conveniently located pretty equidistant between Newport and Providence. It's a bit bare bones (bring the basics - shampoo, conditioner, coffee, snacks, etc.), but was a great home base for our trip. The place was clean and comfortable, and Tyler was responsive each time we reached out. Also had some very cute restaurants nearby, as well as groceries, drugstores, and more.

Quick getaway to East Greenwich, RI

We rented this house to attend a regatta Nearby. The house was exceptionally clean, the owners made sure to check into see if everything was OK, we had a great time. We were two adults and two children. The house was very close to shopping and restaurants, which was also a bonus. The neighborhood was quaint and cute. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking in this area.

Very pleasant and peaceful.

Recommend upgrading towels, fire pit in backyard installed and replace pots and pans (stainless steel is the way to go) and replace the cookie sheet. Need more forks. Beautiful place and convenient! Reasonably priced and Enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Rocky start but the host came through!

We had a few issues with hen we arrived but I communicated with the host and he was amazing! Anything we needed he had sent immediately. The neighborhood was beautiful and location perfect and close to everything. We would stay again if we come back this way!!

Family weekend stay

Overall I can't say I would recommend this house without the owner making some changes. Its listed as family friendly, but some area's were dangerous for kids. The second step from the top of the back deck is unattached and completely fell off the first time we walked down the stairs. Also the stairs leading to the downstairs are extremely steep with no door or gate. The only gate we found does not fit the space. Although the place had clearly been cleaned the couch in the livingroom reeks of cat pee. The large fenced in back yard could have been really nice if not covered in dog poop. The mattress in one of the bedrooms had been flipped, but since it's a pillow top style mattress the reverse side is essentially a box spring. When we flipped it back over we saw the mattress cover on the top was dirty. When we looked at the mattress beneath the cover it was disgusting. Other than those major things there were a few small things that I would normally never bother doing a review about. No cutting boards, lack of forks, and no hand towels or dish towels. Oh and the heavily advertised "complimentary bottle of wine" did not exist. I think it could be nice if the owner replaced the couch and mattresses, finds a gate for the basement stairs, fixes the back deck stairs and includes picking up dog poop in their cleaning tasks between guests.
