The space
Welcome to the prefect golf getaway for your group or family. The house sits less than 3 miles from Pinehurst Resort & course number 2, 3, & 5, as well as The Village amenities & Lake Pinehurst. The loft upstairs offers a second living area that is open to the downstairs, so your group can enjoy space while still being together. Plenty of parking on site for up to 8 cars. Two back patio areas to enjoy and your dog friends are welcome to stay as well.

DOWNSTAIRS: The house welcomes you to an open-concept floor plan with wood flooring throughout. The dining room to the right of the entryway has seating for six. Beyond that is the kitchen with an island that has four additional seating options. Feel at home while cooking with our stainless steel appliances and kitchen fully stocked with cooking essentials.

From the kitchen you can see into the living room and beyond into the backyard. Watch highlights on the 55 inch smart TV. As you go out back, you step onto the deck that features seating and a grill. Below in the yard itself is another patio area for additional seating in the Carolina air under the large oak trees.

The half bath is downstairs off the living room as well as the master bedroom, which has a queen size and a twin bed. The master bath features a soaker tub, walk in shower, double vanity and walk in closet.

UPSTAIRS: As you get to the top of the stairs you will find the laundry room for on site laundry. To your left is the lofted second living space that looks down to the living room below. Three bedrooms are upstairs that each have a full size and twin size bed. There is a full bath upstairs with a tub an shower as well as a double vanity.
