The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

The home offers nine spacious bedrooms across two levels, comfortably accommodating up to sixteen guests with fifteen beds. Downstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and two full baths; upstairs houses seven bedrooms and three full baths. Themed rooms—Frozen, Harry Potter, and Encanto—add a playful touch for younger travelers. Fresh linens, ample clothing storage, and essential toiletries are provided.



Indoor living

A large living room provides ample seating for the whole group, flowing into a dedicated game room equipped with a pool table, foosball, an arcade game, and a game console. A TV and sound system extend entertainment options throughout the house. Climate control includes air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans, while smoke and carbon‑monoxide alarms ensure safety year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances and generous counter space for meal preparation. Adjacent indoor and outdoor dining areas accommodate shared meals, with a grill and patio furniture perfect for al fresco gatherings. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool and hot tub set against a sunny Florida backdrop, inviting relaxation any time of day. The patio includes comfortable seating and a grill, ideal for quiet mornings or evening wind‑downs. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the ChampionsGate resort amenities: a water park, lazy river, fitness center, playground, and additional recreational spaces.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have one ring flood cameras on garage (upper right in garage) not intended to record you or your guests.
