Guest Access:

- You will have complete private access to the space, so kick back and make yourself at home.



- Our guests also get access to the Oasis Clubhouse at ChampionsGate Resort, and they are open from 9am until 9pm daily.



- The driveway has space for 2 vehicles to park, overflow may park at the clubhouse, but clubhouse parking is only available during their hours of operation.



- Please ensure you have provided us with the full names of all guests prior to arrival, only registered guests will be given access to the community.



Reminders from Oasis Club:

• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.

• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.

• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.

• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.



Guest registration and parking rules:

• All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry.

• Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing.

• Residents are advised to check the community website for the latest Parking & Towing Policy.



The Neighborhood:

Champions Gate Resort is a relatively new community in the centre of Davenport, Florida. It is a large development encompassed by 36 holes of championship level golf course. But, if golf isn’t your thing, there is a day spa where you can relax, enjoy a massage, or indulge in a pedicure.



The resort has an enormous water complex with a large resort-style pool with a two storey water slide, and a relaxing lazy river! In addition, there is a quiet zone, lane swim pool, a separate zero-entry children’s splash zone, a jacuzzi hot tub, and a poolside tiki bar. There are also sun loungers and poolside cabanas with food and drink service.



Inside the state-of-the-art clubhouse, there is a fully-equipped fitness center with an aerobics studio. It is air conditioned and has top-notch equipment. There are also plenty of sports courts outside to burn off those theme park calories! The clubhouse also features a delectable Grill Room restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining, and the Grill Room bar where you can grab a refreshing drink. In addition, the Champion's Gate Resort offers a children's day club, gaming arcade, cyber business center, ticket sales and guest services.



Getting Around:

You can call the shuttle van at 407-279-8999 for rides within the community and available car services outside the community at your own expense.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please be advised that the dog park will be temporarily closed starting Wednesday, February 11.

• Please note that the smaller sofa in the living room (the loveseat) is currently under repair. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

• Please note that the game room AC is currently out of order.

• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 70 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $139 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the Pool and Hot tub. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion

5. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
