Nuestra propiedad está ubicada en un complejo popular en el alto desierto de Arizona a una altura de 2900 pies. 3 Week Getaway

Small glitch on key access upon arrival which the manager quickly solved. We also pointed out some spotting on the carpet which the manager also addressed by scheduling a carpet cleaning. We really enjoyed our stay there and accommodations were as listed. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Neighborhood was quiet with Rec center and restaurants close. Would definitely stay there again.

It was good but did have trouble with key in lock and door knob sticking when trying to enter. Spike to property manager regarding the door and key. Otherwise everything was fine.

Start not so good but ended well!

When we arrived was mix up as to our arrival and person who had studio apartment. Owners very quickly took care of this and put us up in another place right next door. Mr. Fairchild was very apologetic. Place was very clean and comfortable everyone very nice. Beautiful flowers arrived from Mr. and Mrs. Fairchild.

I am pleased it finally worked out for you and again we are so sorry about the mix-up. I wish I had known you were from Rantoul as I lived in Champaign for 20+ years and still visit as continue to have many friends there. Our paths may have even crossed there at some point but I was not Fairchild at that time. I hope the flowers were nice as that florist usually does a nice job. Calming and beautiful Green Valley rental

I am what you might call a "Rainbird" from the Pacific Northwest. I despise drizzle and clouds, and so, having been fortunate enough at this time in my life to have a couple months off from work, I decided to seek some solitude and salubrious surroundings in my favorite geographical alcove of the US, that being Tucson. The rates were exorbitant for monthly rentals there, so I found this reasonably-priced property in Green Valley, about 25 miles out. It was everything I hoped it would be. It's a charming stucco studio nestled in the valley with the picturesque Santa Cruz hills nearby. For one or two people, for the low price of about 50 a night, you have the comfort and amenities of a luxury hotel.. big screen t.v., microwave, fridge, fold-out sofa, more than enough linens for a month, wi fi, and a nice desk/table area. If your idea of a vacation is raucous noise all-night parties, this isn't your place. But if you need to take some time away, meditate in peaceful beautiful surroundings under a starry sky and hit the re-set button , it is ideal. And it's close enough to the city (Tucson) so that you can an urban ambiance when you want it. I plan on coming back to this place again and again, whenever I'm fortunate enough to have the time and am just feeling overwhelmed with the day-to-day, or when I just want to escape the bleak weather of the Northwest.

San Ignacio stay

the efficiency was as advertised. if you can stay without a stove, then you will do fine. the small outdoor grill was great. Owner as excellent in his communication and the property manager was very helpful. I stayed at a difficult time (covid-19) so cut short my month short by a week. I would stay there again, and would highly recommend it to others.

Great place for a relaxing visit!

The unit was quiet, including the refrigerator and heater, and neighborhood was relaxing. We loved the skylight and the instant hot water in the tub/shower. The internet was fast and the cable TV channels were plentiful. It was great to have a list of restaurants and stores available in the unit. The landlord and property manager were responsive and easy to work with!

Just right for a couple

This was a studio apartment that worked perfectly for my wife and me. We just wanted a place to have to ourselves; not having an oven didn't matter since family lived nearby and we often ate meals with them or dined out. The bed was comfortable, floor space was adequate, and the place was quiet. We will certainly look at another stay here when we next visit Green Valley.

We arrived late and had a struggle with key device. Once in, Bed and pillows were great. Little fridge adequate. Apartment was clean. Because one of the great features of AZ is the sunshine the blinds need upgrade. Weather was not good which is beyond anyone’s control but we did enjoy the spa, even in the snow. Might consider a Small night stand on other side of bed since we both use C-pap. Neighborhood was pleasant and people there very personable . Overall, we had an enjoyable experience.

Very nice stay for the price!

It was great to be able to see family and enjoy the pool. The bed was super comfortable, and the mini fridge, toaster oven, and grill were very convenient for a longer stay. Plenty of towels and blankets provided! Thanks for the great stay!

We enjoyed a weeks stay in this comfortable efficiency unit. Though lacking cooking facilities we were able to have an enjoyable and comfortable visit. The property manager was attentive and extremely helpful with all our questions. The location is ideal. We'd stay here again!

44 unit age restricted resort community. Very well landscaped and maintained. We bought this property when it was built as an investment with the possibility of using it for a winter escape option. We have made major upgrades in 2013 and 2023, including interior painting, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, window treatments, flooring, carpets and interior design elements.
