Excellent accommodation

We stayed 3 nights for a fishing trip. The place was wonderful. Outstanding and comfortable furnishings.

Great location near the pool with an ocean view and 1 level. Quiet, comfortable, very clean. As a family of nine we were disappointed in the extremely limited amenities of 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc. When asking for a few additional items we were told we needed to purchase our own :( With 5 teenagers we chose this location because of the many activities available. However, there was no basketball, no pickleball paddles and 40 p/hr. to rent the court. In speaking with the manager she said it wasn't Barefeet's responsibility to provide the equipment. The fitness center and game room were very nice. Beautiful pool and awesome weather!

We do want to clarify a couple of points, as our goal is always to be helpful and clear. The starter set of supplies (including items such as trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and paper goods) is outlined in our Terms & Conditions as well as in the pre-arrival email sent prior to arrival, which details exactly what is provided so guests can plan accordingly. We understand that with travel planning, those details can sometimes be missed. Regarding recreational equipment, items such as basketballs or pickleball paddles are not provided with the unit, and court access or rentals are managed separately from our company. We’re sorry if this came across in a way that felt unhelpful—that is never our intention. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you and your family were able to enjoy your time here.

The unit was very clean and all the beds were super comfortable and well decorated.

The unit was very clean and all the beds were super comfortable and well decorated. The Sectional couch was perfect for my family for watching movies at night. We also really enjoyed the back patio for hanging out, and it was awesome that the unit is super close to the swimming pool. Also, you can use Instacart to have groceries delivered by Publix. Check-in was very quick and easy And the staff was super friendly.

Great place

This place is very nice. The furniture is newer and up-to-date. There are plenty of appliances such as kurig, coffee maker, excellent margarita machine and blender. Even a wine cooler. We had everything we needed. The tv's have too many remotes and makes it difficult for older people to use. The housekeeper could have done a better job of cleaning. The tub in the master bath was dirty with hair and what i am guessing was actual dirt. The margarita machine had old moldy water in the holding tank on the back and spilled drink from prior tenets. The over smoked very bad from spilled food burned in the oven. The lady i spoke with at check in was excellent. She was very friendly and made sure to explain exactly how to get to the resort. On our 3rd day the hot water stopped working. I called the emergency number which was provided on my packet. I spoke with a guy who at first wanted me to check the breakers then turn the breakers off. Then wait 5 minutes flip the breaker back on. During the call with him he explained he was in the middle of making dinner and watching the fight on tv. He explained he wouldn't be coming out to fix the hot water that night and that we were free to walk to the club house and use the showers there. He even insinuated that we may have caused the hot water issue because the prior renters had no problem. I explained we had been there for 3 days at that point and had no problems until we did. So basically it was wait until it was convenient for him .

Thank you for the feedback, Christina! I am happy to know the villa suited you and your party so well. I will address your cleaning comments both with the cleaning contractor and our rooms management team. I can only apologize at this point for their oversight. Please know, we live here...we care...and on your next trip should you find such deficiencies, just call and we'll send someone to address immediately. As to the water heater...the rooms manager apologizes if he came off sounding like it was something you caused...he was only communicating we were unaware there was an issue and he wasn't sure we could get a plumber there same day...especially on a busy weekend but we are glad he was able to make that happen. We hope you'll come back for another visit soon!
