Nestled in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, this historic home is the perfect choice for a fun-filled relaxing getaway. Enjoy leisurely walks along the scenic Poudre River Trail and afternoon tea at a local cafe, or grab a bite downtown and catch a show at the Lincoln Center. Then head home to our lavish retreat and enjoy quality time with loved ones. The calming color palette, elegant decor and comfortable furnishings make for a serenely relaxing atmosphere!

Only a 10-minute stroll from the Old Town Square and Poudre River Trail, this quaint vacation home puts you in the heart of the city. Head downtown for a bite to eat or a little shopping, explore the Poudre River Trail system, or pack a picnic and enjoy an afternoon at the Poudre River Whitewater Park. Discover why Fort Collins is continuously ranked one of the top places to live!

This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Full Bed | Plus Queen Air Mattress | Sleeps 6

OUTDOOR LIVING: Small enclosed patio with a propane grill. Easy access to the Poudre River Trail, Lee Martinez Park and the Whitewater Park

INDOOR LIVING: 50” Smart TV, bar-top seating, board games, laptop-friendly workspace

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. There is no dishwasher. 

BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom on each level, one has a bathtub. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials. 

PARKING: Street parking available

Great place and the host was excellent. The clothes dryer needs a bit of TLC, but in all a really great little house, great value and the host was very accessible and communicative.

The property is perfectly located to take advantage of Ft. Collins' activities from Old Town to CSU and to the local breweries and restaurants. I highly recommend!

The house was very clean and as described. The location was very convenient to walk to old town and a few parks. I went to school in Fort Collins and spent a lot of time in these neighborhoods and unfortunately they’re not what they used to feel like concerning safety. That’s no fault of this home or host, just a note.

Excellent location

Listing misrepresented outdoor spaces. Patio to small too use and front porch lacked chairs. Kitchen dishes, glasses and knives had not been washed. With the exception of the kitchen issues listed above the house was clean and well kept. The linens were clean and beds comfortable. The location was excellent.

Cute space

In town for the marathon. Cottage is nicely equipped and thoughtfully designed. Kitchen is small but adequate for 2-4 people. Really appreciated the coffee, creamer and sugar available. Trash procedure is definitely different and you need to take time to locate and figure it out….Communication from property manager was excellent and well done. Cottage does not have central air but was comfortable with ceiling fan upstairs and window unit downstairs in the bedroom. Nice place for a short visit!
