This condo comfortably sleeps 6 with one king size bed in the master bedroom with attached ensure, a queen size bed in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has two full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest access You’ll have full and exclusive access to the condo during your stay—no shared spaces within the unit. Everything pictured, including the gas fireplace, private balcony, in-suite laundry, and fully stocked kitchen, is yours to enjoy.
The suite is located inside a secure condo building, and building access requires key pickup from an off-site location. As such, check-ins must be completed before 9:00 p.m.—no exceptions. Please plan your arrival accordingly to ensure smooth access.
Parking Details:
One underground secured parking stall is included with your stay (max clearance 6’6”, no propane vehicles permitted).
Visitor parking is available for one additional vehicle—just make sure to register your vehicle at the front lobby kiosk to avoid any fines or towing.

Important check-in information: - If you are arriving after 5:00 PM, you will need to pick up the building access fob and key from Pi-Mart Convenience Store. Please note that Pi-Mart closes at 9:00 PM, and we are unable to accommodate arrivals after this time. We kindly ask that you plan your arrival accordingly to ensure a smooth check-in.
Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
- For Winter Weather: During the winter season, snow is removed within 24 hours "after" the snowfall has ended.
Rates for Pet Fees per Pet: Nightly Rate: $30/night per pet Weekly Rate: $150/week per pet Monthly Rate: $300/month per pet *Please note the pet fee charges are not included in our advertised pricing and are charged separately after the booking is confirmed. This must be arranged and paid prior to arrival. Please inform us when you book if you are bringing pets as it needs approval first by the property owner.
PET RULES *Pets are not allowed on the beds under any circumstances *Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture where possible. A $75 clean up fee may be applied if pet droppings are left in the yard or in the property.

To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation:
1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.
Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.

Edmonton convention center
3 of us from different countries were attending a conference at the Edmonton convention center. We wanted a comfortable place with 3 beds within walking distance. This was just perfect for us. We messaged the host several times and always got a very quick reply. Thanks for a nice stay.

Week long stay
Positives:
Property was clean and well stocked with all necessities.
It showed nice and was in a great area close to downtown.
It was well priced.
Negatives:
Check in process was frustrating and we weren’t given the required code to get the key, and couldn’t reach the rental company right away while trying to sort out what our code was.
Garage door opener didn’t work and I had to get out every time I wanted to come or go from the parking garage and open it manually. When I mentioned this to the rental company they didn’t respond.
Will rent again. Without these drawbacks it would have been a 5 star stay.

Great Place! Not so Great Check In Process
The condo itself was very nicely decorated and very clean. The location is also in a great sport for downtown activities. My only issue is with the check in process. The keyless fob wasn’t user friendly. The code I was given to unlock the condo was incorrect and I had to contact the host for a new one. The fobs for the garage and to gain entry to the building were missing. I had to walk to the Pi-Mart with my bags and obtain an additional code to retrieve the extra fob. It was all very time consuming and confusing. I have never had issues like this with any other vrbo I’ve stayed at. Other than the check in process, the condo was very nice and was exactly as advertised.

Neon Palace Experience
Check in was very difficult and took over an hour. Door lock code did not work, underground parking fob did not work. After slow to respond communication I received a different code to get access into the unit. Underground parking fob did not work and was not replaced/repaired, which meant each time we entered or left we had to get out of the vehicle and manually press the overhead door opener. The description of the property was not completely accurate as there is only ac in the one bedroom (window unit). The toilet flushing mechanism was broken in the one bathroom. Note: the primary bedroom (king bed) is an air mattress style. Otherwise, the property was well equipped and clean as advertised. The building and area was quieter than I expected. This was a good thing seeing as we had to leave all the windows open and fans running at night to cool off the unit.
