We have been sharing the joy of our beach home and creating memories with other families for over 4 years with great reviews. Whether you are a snow bird, working, or playing, this vacation home has everything you need for a beachside break. With newly furnished bedrooms, living room, Florida room, and newly renovated kitchen, you'll feel like you are living the coastal life. Sit on the front porch or back screened porch for nightly ocean breezes, or on the back patio for a BBQ or firepit. Take the wagon with chairs and umbrella to the beach for the day and grab cold beer or wine from your own wine fridge or pick some up at the convenience store nearby. When coming in from the beach, experience the outdoor shower. Visit Flagler Beach or Daytona Beach within a 10-15 mins drive, Orlando and Disney 1 hour. Whether it's sunrises on the beach or sunsets on the intracoastal, lose track of time when you are here! Pets under 20 lbs are welcome with owner approval and fee.

Great place for families to make memories. The place was so cozy and a short walk to the beach. Beach was never crowded and we saw dolphins so many times. Book it! You won’t regret it!

We had a really good time This was our 10th stay in the Ormond beach area. We love the area. The host was great! Check in was a breeze. Place was super clean!

Cute clean beach house

Our family had a great stay. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and cozy. The quick walk to the beach was wonderful. The communication with the owners was great.

This property was awesome! We were so comfortable. My only request would’ve been a blanket for the living room that’s heavier. It was pretty cool the days we were there and I get cold easy. Otherwise the location was great, all the beds were so comfy and we had everything we needed

Ormand beach is a very quiet neighborhood.

We are very pleased with the house. Very quiet neighborhood. Beaches are clean. Not crowded like pcb or any of the other big city beaches. House was very clean. Very thing was made available to us from check in, house rules, food, different beaches and check out. Any problems that we had was taken care of very quickly. Just by speaking to the owners of the property. Jim and Lori Fancher are very nice owners. Would recommend this to any one that want a nice quiet beach trip. We are great full that they allowed us to use their home for our vacation. I would definitely book with them again.

Married a long time to the love of my life. 3 kids. Love the beach and the mountains. Appreciate nature and take vacations seriously. We work hard so that we can play in some beautiful places. Born and raised in Daytona Beach, we moved to Atlanta to start our careers many years ago. Now we have homes in both places. We love sharing our home in my hometown with other families so that they can experience the same joy we have when we are here.

We love being able to pop down to the beach for sunrise, a walk, to collect shells or catch some rays. We also like to watch the sunset over the intercoastal in the evenings with our favorite glass of wine.

Whether it's sunrise in the east or sunset in the west, you won't find a more private place to view them both in this location on the barrier island. We love the local restaurants and easy access to all the attractions in Daytona, Flagler, New Smyrna, Orlando.
