Making my home in St. Petersburg Florida, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and assisting my daughters, Tracy and Tricia, with their company, Magni's Munchies and More. It helps keep me out of trouble and affords me a place to get many licks from all sizes of 4 legged friends; which I love! Did I mention 'Maggie's Serenity' is dog friendly? I also enjoy walking, reading, and sharing time with friends.

Maggie's Serenity was a dream of mine. I designed it for the comfort of my family. It is a place where we can relax & rejuvenate while doing nothing or while staying busy enjoying all Western Carolina has to offer. I'm thrilled to be able to share the serenity we experience with you and your friends and/or family.

Majestic views!! Accessible parking for all types of vehicles. Choice of rockers from 3 decks/patios while sipping on coffee, hot chocolate and watching sunrises. The warmth and coziness from the gas fireplaces. A jet tub to aide in resting, relaxing and rejuvenating. The peace and tranquil energy the home exudes can not be described, but rather felt as soon as you walk in the door. We invite you to come experience it for yourself..

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
