Island Princess # 310: condo 3 BR / 3 BA Ă  Fort Walton Beach, pour 10 personnes

Au cƓur de l’üle d’Okaloosa se trouve le joyau de la couronne, Island Princess. Ce complexe de condos luxueux donnant sur le golfe vous offre une vue spectaculaire sur la plage et un confort sans dĂ©penser la rançon du roi. Profitez de vos journĂ©es en faisant de l'exercice dans la salle de sport, en vous rafraĂźchissant dans la piscine du golfe, ou tout simplement dans le bain Ă  remous. Les enfants pourront s'amuser surfer sur Internet depuis votre chambre en attendant le dĂźner en plein air au barbecue en famille. Au Island Princess, vous vous sentirez vraiment comme des rois.

IP310 est un troisiÚme étage 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain. Cette unité peut accueillir 10 personnes avec un roi dans la chambre principale, une reine dans la deuxiÚme chambre, 4 lits jumeaux (lits superposés) dans la troisiÚme chambre et un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon. Il y a 4 téléviseurs, magnétoscope, DVD, chaßne stéréo et laveuse et sécheuse situés dans l'unité. Cette unité accueille les locations mensuelles.

Toutes les nouvelles télévisions à écran plat dans les chambres et le salon en août 2015. Nouveau mobilier de salon printemps 2017.

Okaloosa stay

The bunk beds were perfect for the grandkids. They loved having their own room. Beautiful view. We loved sitting on the deck. The book library was enjoyed by the adults. We enjoyed our vacation time.

Great place to vacation

We stayed for a week with 10 people, half of those being kiddos. We all enjoyed the place and the location was convenient as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Fun Place for a spring vacation

Pros- Good place to stay with great views to the ocean. Cons- no wheelchair access to the beach. We got an email letting us know there would be construction but it never said we wouldnt be able to use our patio due to no railing. Overall its a great place for a group of people to stay and will definitely be back.

My mother has hip issues and can’t handle steps. The only way to get to the beach is up and down steep stairs, no ramp on premises

Somewhat disappointed

First disappointment was the “jacuzzi” tub. I feel like I was lead to believe it was a true jacuzzi with jets when actually it was a jacuzzi brand tub, deep but no jets Second disappointment was the foldout sofa. The mattress / frame was uncomfortably slanted and the cushions stained The third and biggest disappointment was the dishwasher didn’t work. I do realize these things happen but it took 3 times reaching out to property management before anyone seemed concerned about it. It never was fixed and I spent way more time on my (fairly expensive ) vacation washing dishes for our group of 9 than I wanted to.

Great Experience

Communication was great, arrival was seamless. Location and room were perfect, had everything we needed to feel like home. My 6 year old left her glasses somewhere in the condo, we turned the place inside out and did not find them. Left a message with VRBO that we lost them. The Salt Water Vacation representative contacted me to notify me she had them and would mail them to us. That tells me the room was “deep” cleaned after we left to prepare for the new arrival! Great experience and would recommended to anyone!

Loved it!

Had a great time! The condo was nice and the view of the beach was amazing. Totally worth it! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to town.

We have 10 people in one condo its was enough room for everyone the view was amazing we got to see dolphins playing in the water. We will most definitely rent again.

Perfect view

The location of the condo was perfect with the view. The condo was convenient for the beach view. The condo was large enough for the group of 7. The only issue was the condo was dated for what was charged. Other than that I enjoyed my stay

Spring Break 2021

The property was very nice and clean. The location for the view of the beach was amazing. We did have an issue the first night when a unit above and to the left of us had a pipe burst. We had water pouring into the back room so the carpet was soaked. Luckily none of the beds or our suitcases/clothes were affected. Called the management number and they got to work on getting HyrdraKleen there that same night to work on getting the room and carpet dried out with their equipment. This took 2 days but our management group found another condo for us to use for the first night and then brought up 2 queen sized air mattresses for the second night. They were very accommodating. I would stay at this property again with this same management company. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

Great location. my family and I really enjoyed our stay. With access to the beach and pool area being so easy, it was hard to keep the kids out of the water at times. Lisa was wonderful to work with and easy to get ahold of with anything having to do with the property.We would definitely stay here again. The property was exactly what was advertised.

Family Spring Break

The place was perfect for our family. The condo was clean and provided all the space and amenities for us to have a great time. Easy access to the beach and pool were a plus. Would definitely look to return to Island Princess on our next trip.

Labor Day Family Vacation

Property was in good/clean condition and was in a great location. From my initial booking, I thought there were 2 queen beds in one of the bedrooms and it actually turned out to be only 1 and the unit had a sleeper sofa in the living room. Other than that, it was as I thought it would be. Good view of the Gulf and was located close to many restaurants and other retail areas.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We prefer okaloosa island to Destin! We did notice that there was some housekeeping issues-most of the furniture was dusty and the floors didn’t seem clean. Other than that, the place was perfect for us! We would definitely stay here again!

View was great. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. The king and queen beds need updating. They were Very uncomfortable and make a noise every time you move.
