Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a prestigious condominium complex which is located in the heart of Orange Beach & near everything you will need. The many amenities include 2 large beach side outdoor pools, a year round heated indoor pool, gazebo, exercise room, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, deck with picnic tables, several grilling areas, shuffle board, bagged ice machine, vending machines, security guarded entrance. A club house/meeting room is available with certain restrictions(contact managers office for details).

This is a pristine 9th floor unit with great views of the Gulf and one of the outdoor pools. It has been upgraded with granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths. It has a stacked washer/dryer, designer kitchen cabinets, tile floors throughout, ceiling fans, a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as 2 recliners.

This unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with an ensuite bath with a walk in tile shower. In the guest bedroom there is two twin beds and there is a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom and living room, free wifi and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. You will find the kitchen equipped with all the utensils required for you to prepare a gourmet meal. There is ample space for dining at the spacious serving bar and the dining table or enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony. A stacked laundry is conveniently located in the master bedroom. The entry door is equipped with a electronic lock for your convenience. Parking passes must be purchased upon your arrival from the guard shack. You are allowed two cars on the property.

This great location is near restaurants, fishing, marinas, shopping, parks, numerous family oriented activities and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east its a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, FL where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels). Its a 1 hour drive west to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. From Mobile, its a short drive west to Biloxi, MS where you may visit several casinos.

This complex provides the best quality beach vacation you will find and it is desirable any season the year. So come on down to the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast.

Awesome view from balcony and location was convenient for area attractions. Kitchen seemed to have everything you would need, but we were on the go everyday and didn’t really use it. Would definitely stay again.

Good beach view. Construction going on so balcony rails were wrapped in plastic. Balcony was large. Overall, a nice unit.Bring extra tp, garbage bags, etc. to use. None are included in this unit.Would book this unit again!

Great little vaca!

The overall stay was great. The condo bulding was a little older and could use some updates but the condo itself was nice and we had a great time! The beach and view of the condo was amazing! I would for sure recommend it!

Amazing beach view

We had a great time both in the condo and at the beach. The view from the balcony was amazing! We even saw some dolphins one evening! The owners were so nice too. They respond quickly and were very helpful. We hope to make this a yearly vacation.

We LOVED this condo! The view of the beach & pool were beautiful. My family and I don’t want to leave...my children (17, 14 & 9) all thought this was one of the nicest beach front condos we’ve stayed in. Perfect location with lots of dining options. The owners were very friendly & addressed a shower issue by immediately sending a repair man. Would highly recommend this condo/owners. We would love to stay again in the future.

The owners communicated everything timely and everything was as expected. There were no inconveniences or disappointments. Just a stress free experience with lodging! When you carry your family with small children to the beach, there’s not of other things that go wrong. I was thankful to have chosen a property with reliable owners and facilities. First time stay, will be back!

Great weekend getaway

Location, Location, Location… This property is on the beach, has a great view, and is in walking distance of several restaurants. The property is a short drive from Walmart, Publix, & Rouses so stocking up the frig should be no issue. Immediately after booking, I received instructions from the property manager right away. The unit was very nice and could easily sleep 6. The unit had lots of amenities, & the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. We had zero issues during our stay, & our experience was amazing. I’ll definitely save this property as a favorite and return in the near future.

All the comforts of home ... and with a beach!

The other reviews were spot on -- Pat and Diane's place is fantastic. The views are spectacular. Access to the beach and both pools could not have been more convenient. The location is in close proximity to great restaurants, tourist attractions and even Wal-Mart. The condo was clean and stocked with anything and everything we needed, from cookware to bedding to towels. The beds were comfortable. Everything was in great working order. Pat was quick to respond and provided a packet of important information in advance of our stay. If this condo meets your needs when you look at it online, you will be more than satisfied when you see it in person.

Our condo was VERY clean .The beds were so comfortable. The condo itself was beautifully decorated. We all slept great. There were more than enough kitchen supplies to cook anything. On Saturday Pat emailed me the channels the college games were on. The Patricks were very easy to work with. I will definitely request their condo again. Thank you so much!!

The property was amazing! The owners provided all necessary information to stay at property one week prior to arrival. The property was very clean and up to date. The view from balcony was great! Only negative, which isn’t a negative if you’re not afraid of heights is the 9th floor open entry walk way may not be for you. Didn’t realize my SO was that afraid of heights until I tried getting him upstairs😬😏. The white sandy beach is to die for. Can’t wait to go back and hopefully to this property!!

Perfect Beach Condo Getaway

I stayed here with my husband and 2 adult daughters. The condo was very clean with plenty of room. The washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. Knowing that we could wash clothes, we did not have to bring many. The view was awesome. The pool area was also nice with plenty of lounge chairs. There were also some sand/beach toys in the storage container on the balcony. The building was quiet at night. Communication with the owners was also good. There were no hick-ups in the process. If I ever stay in the Orange Beach/Gulf shores are again, I will definitely stay here.
