8人が寝られる2つのバスルームを備えたこの広々とした3ベッドルームの高級コンドミニアムに滞在してください。 このコンドミニアムは、アラバマ州オレンジビーチにあるフェニックスVIIビルの9階にあり、リビングとダイニングエリアにある床から天井までの大きなガラスのドアと窓からメキシコ湾の壮大な景色を眺めることができます。 朝からバルコニーでコーヒーを飲みながらイルカの演奏を見たり、夕方にはワイングラスで夕日を眺めながらくつろいだりすることを想像してください。 ビーチで楽しい一日を過ごした後は、リビングエリアにある大きな断面ソファで、大きな椅子と大型フラットスクリーンテレビをご利用ください。 この美しいコンドミニアムは最近、すべての部屋が塗り替えられ、新しいアートワークと家具、新しいマットレス、掛け布団でアップグレードされ、タイル全体がアップグレードされています。 すべての主要な機器を備えた設備の整ったキッチンがあります。 ダイニングエリアにはキッチンバーの6人掛けと2人掛けの席があります。

The property was just as expected, the Condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable for the week. If you are looking for an over-the-top luxury TV inside the condo, this isn't the unit for you. The beach access was convenient and featured several wash stations to avoid a long line when returning inside or to the pool.

it was a great location. condo is a bit dated. couches were comfy, plenty of seating. bedrooms were good. walls are thin. you can hear everything from outside the condo building hallways. not much you can do about that. need an update on their garbage disposal. it was backing up.

Overall great vacation

There were some minor housekeeping issues but they were easily taken care of. The facilty was great as always we have stayed here in the past. Look forward to staying at pheonix in the future

Great location on the beach

We loved the pool and the view was gorgeous. The property however could use some attention as it had obviously had a smoker in it and the odor was horrible.

So close to the beach!

Great condo! Extremely clean, not noisy, and a short walk to the beach. If you have little lids you will love the fenced in 1ft pool...I know we did.

The condo is nice and very spacious. The ceiling fans and baseboards were filthy as were extra blankets we found in the closets. Easy fixes but details are important. Check in/out was easy. Excellent beach access. Lots of restaurants and entertainment close by. Perfect locale!

Beach Trip

Our stay in this condo was a nice vacation but the accommodations were just average. The location of the complex and close proximity to the beach made it worth it. The three bedrooms were great for our family but decor of the kitchen and bathrooms were just average and could use some updating. If you’re looking for an affordable beach front condo and don’t need anything fancy/extra this is a good option.

Great location. We had a great time. Could use some new mattresses in the double bed room. Called maintenance about a commode not flushing. They never came. We were finally able to get it to flush. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.

Too short but was a good time

We had an issue with couch cushions open, and trash and crumbs in the couch. Stains on cushions as well. Floor not sweep clean but we are on the beach so sand is expected. Behind bathroom door has not been clean in a while. The biggest issue was not our condo, but the one above had a water leak and caused us water damage. Had to have fans and dehumidifier in room that was LOUD. Sliding Door did not lock at all and was hard to shut.But the over all room was great. Big enough for 4 adults and everything (but Salt and Pepper) was there. Will be back

Betty, thank you for sharing your experience in our condo. Our inspectors found the leak prior to check in and we contacted the building manager. Since we don't manage the condo above yours, we ensured everything we could with the fans and dehumidifiers in the condo. We apologized for the inconvenience and provided some compensation back as well. In the refund waiver, we ask that if you accept you do not leave a harsh review as we agreed that the situation is remedied to your satisfaction. If guests arrive and are not satisfied with the cleanliness, we have cleaners ready to come back to fix any overlooked areas, just dial the 24/7 maintenance/housekeeping hotline! We wanted to let future guests know that the leak has been fixed and this condo is 'Getaway' ready! Overall, we are glad you enjoyed your trip and will be returning! Condo not clean

We stayed in 908 condo the last week of March. Bathrooms had mold in several places. Called for Housekeeping to come clean. They came but missed the moldy areas again. Sent text to phone number and never got a response. I do also needs a deep clean. This early in the season, condo should not be in the shape it was in. Ceiling fans and baseboards were disgusting. I understand things get missed. These have been missed a bunch of times! Had a few maintenance issues. They were quick to respond and came and fixed the things that were broken.

Brooke, thank you for your review! With guests coming and going in our condos, most families don't let us know when things of this nature are beginning to occur. Our housekeeping and maintenance show they were called to your condo 3 times through the course of the week, and we were able to resolve each issue. In our pictures it shows that we changed the shower curtains, wiped down and spray mildew remover in all of the areas reported and changed out some of the fixtures as well. Since your stay we have triple checked this condo to ensure any future guests do not run into any issues such as these. Again, thank you for letting us know as this is the best way to maintain the quality of our condos and thank you for choosing Beach Getaways.

Beach getaway

This condo is in need of a major upgrade. The toilet in the bathroom off the hall was stopped up upon arrival and had to be plunged . Before we left it stopped up again with no success of it clearing. All appliances were old. Dishwasher and dryer were very loud, hard to hear TV in next room when running. The blender had crud on it, not clean. There were blood on the blanket in the master bedroom and the blanket in the second bedroom had holes in it. There needs to be more linens in the condo. There needs to be an upgrade with the bathroom fixtures as well. On the plus side, we loved the spaciousness of the condo. The balcony was spacious as well. We loved the large dinner table and enough chairs for everyone to gather for meals. The public areas of the condo were excellent.

Nice location, poor maintenance, not clean, not meant for tall people.

While booking and checking in were easy. The text communication was lacking. The issues we had went unresolved until a phone call and even then only partially resolved. The listing boasts a large screen TV in the main bedroom, it is not. There was food and trash around all the toe kicks in the kitchen. There were dried up contacts on the floor in the r main bedroom. There is a drawer of dirty clothes in one of the bedrooms. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty or had larger chips. The dishwasher was not using all the soap and part of the rubber seal was coming off. The ice maker would not make ice. The pantry is missing 2 shelves and there was dirt in the floor with a dirty dustpan. No broom was found (one was delivered after I caked since no response came from texting). Both tub spouts are not secured or sealed to the wall. Water can get in behind it creating mold, if it has not already. The main bedroom toilet rocked and was not secure to ground. The first bedroom closet kept coming off the hinges. There are only 3 outdoor chairs for the patio. The blinds are bent/ broken in the first bedroom by the elevator where people gather. The hot label for the hall bath is broken. The outlet by the bed in the main is not secure to the wall. The main bedroom bed is uncomfortable and your partner feels every move. The laundry right door is catching on the floor. It looks like the dryer vent needs cleaned out as well. We found it difficult to relax in this condo.

Good but could have been better

We were down for our first visit to Orange Beach during our kids' Fall Break. The condo was quite nice and in a great location on the beach and a short drive to Publix. One very nice convenience was the ability to text the property management company with any issues or questions. This made communication quick and easy, and they always responded in a timely manner. We discovered that the top rack of our dishwasher was broken the day we arrived. We texted the property management, and it was fixed the next morning. The first day we arrived to loud construction in the condo above us. I let it go hoping maybe it would last only one day. Unfortunately, it began again early the next morning and lasted into mid-afternoon. I texted the property management company to ask them about it, and they said that since the condos are individually owned and managed that they had no control over this nor any information about it. In my opinion, this is poor property management. Regardless of who owns the condos, renters should be made aware of planned issues that might disrupt their stay. Thankfully the construction ended after the second day. The only other issue we had was with the combination full pot / Keurig single cup coffee maker. I spent a lot of time trying to get the Keurig side to work without any luck because a part was broken and another part was missing. We borrowed from a previously used and presumably broken model of the same coffee maker that we found in the closet but still didn't have any luck. In the end, property management said that they would be unable to get a replacement part and for us to use the full pot side instead. Granted this was a workable solution, but it rendered my previous Keurig pods purchase useless and required me to make an additional trip to Publix to buy a pound of ground coffee and coffee filters. All in all, we enjoyed staying at this condo, but the construction noise and coffee maker issues prevent me from giving it the 5 rating I would have otherwise.

Owners do not alert other owners of construction or remodeling projects; therefore, we do not have knowledge of on-going construction in the individual condos in proximity to the one you rented. Nice Condo / Great View

I enjoyed staying at this complex and the Condo was really nice. It was clean and exactly as pictured. We did have one issue and we reported it and it was repaired quickly. I also got to see the security guards in action. Let me tell you, they are not playing around. I really liked that they were watchful. Pool was nice and big but it was also cold. I would definitly stay here again. Oh, and the walk out to the beach was super nice because there was a rug that went about half way out. Really helped with my old knees.

Needs a deep clean and updates

We check in on Saturday evening. Immediately walking in you smelled a musty smell as well as a smoke smell. I called the after hours number and spoke to someone. Told them we needed some febreeze or something to help with the odor. They told me someone would call us during operating hours. No one ever called. I found a fake eye lash also on the floor in the master bedroom. The door to the balcony kept sticking and was very hard to close. We are a family of 5 and I get the condo is a “corporate condo” feel. It’s managed by a property management company. It has the bare minimum needed in a condo. I assumed that when booking. I’m okay with that. It’s just really outdated. We barely got the faucet to turn to hot in the master bath tub. For this price it should feel better than a Motel 6. On Wednesday I called to ask what time check out was and asked hey why didn’t anyone call me back. They just shrugged it off and told me they didn’t get a message and I could leave a message with housekeeping. It was too late. Lack of poor communication and over priced stay. If all you want is 1980s condo and a walk to the beach, this place will work. For me, the musty smell, overpriced, very outdated condo needs a lot of help. You can tell a management company runs it and it feels like a cheap rental

Late summer vacation

Overall very good. Cleanliness overall mediocre. We understand the cleaners work hard and don’t know how much time they have and if it’s like everywhere else the cleaning companies are understaffed so we don’t want to complain about the cleanliness.

Family had a great time

Unit was all it was advertised to b. Rental agency very responsive to requests. Elevators did not work all the time causing problems. BTW - my family loved it there but I am not a "high-rise" fan,

Your Comments We had a great time! The condo was clean and in a great location. It could definitely be updated but it was nice for the time we were in there. I would recommend more seats in the balcony, it says it sleeps more then 4 so I do think there needs to be more then 4 chairs. But I would for sure stay there again!

Condo was clean, spacious and great location.

We did have a few issues with broken furnishings. Closet door in master bedroom was broken and not on hinges. 2 of the table chairs were broken (part that you rest your foot on and one of the bar stools was broken. The sofa bed was also not able to be used as it was broken and leaning as well. Not very satisfied as far as furnishings go due to the broken things mentioned above.

Good

Had some issues with broken chair. Housekeeping replaced it immediately. The balcony table tiles were broke and the shower curtain was dirty. Housekeeping replaced the shower curtain. And was very friendly.

Family beach trip

This was our first trip to orange beach. The condo provided us enough comfortable room, the beds were all comfortable. It is in a big complex so it was very busy but the room was always quite.
