Situation sur le Campo San Polo, à seulement 5 minutes du pont du Rialto et à 15 minutes de Saint- Place Mark, est le point de départ idéal pour des visites de la ville, et en même temps garantit silence et la tranquillité pendant le loisir.

L'appartement est situé au premier étage de l'immeuble, sa conception se réfère au style vénitien. De grandes fenêtres, il est très lumineux et volets permettent de se cacher du soleil dans un jour très ensoleillé.

L'appartement se compose d'un grand salon avec canapé et grande table de salle à côté de la cuisine entièrement équipée. Dans la deuxième chambre il ya deux lits simples et sur la mezzanine un lit double. Disponible aux résidents sont salle de bains avec bain, serviettes et sèche-cheveux.

Beautiful Apartment

The Apartment was amazing, like an old little venice palace. It is a very good starting point to explore venice.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

Da Carlo a Venezia in Campo San Polo was a very clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation. While it's more suited for a family rather than multiple couples, we made it work just fine (bedrooms are more or less shared). The location is just a 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, there are several places on the route for a quick croissant, panini or full course dinner. Accommodation is up a flight of stairs and there is another set of narrow stairs to get to the master bedroom loft. Wifi was a bit slow and the property may need a new router, but it did function. We didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully furnished so making your own meals shouldn't be a problem. Bathroom was HUGE.

Clean and quiet apartment in the middle of Venice

Venice was the start to a two week vacation in Europe and our travel did not go as we planned. Long story short we arrived a day and a half late and were a bit grumpy and tired. When we arrived at the apartment (which our water taxi dropped us off very close to) we were met by Elzbieta's husband who checked us in quickly and showed us around the apartment. I have no idea how long he may have been waiting for us but he didn't show it. He could not have been more kind and welcoming! The beds were comfortable for our group of three adult's on a girls trip. The bathroom was clean and the apartment was well equipped for what we needed during our very short stay. The next morning Elzbieta arrived right on time with her adorable son and checked us out so we could head to the train station. We didn't use the kitchen or the washing machine but I am sure if we had we would not have encountered any trouble. The blow dryer in the apartment was nice and worked well. The wifi was great too. We all connected to it easily and it had great service. If you are looking for a clean and quiet place to stay I would encourage you to consider this apartment. If I ever make it back to Venice I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again....hopefully for a little longer this time. (-:

Superbe appartement de style vénitien, très bien équipé et bien placé.

L'appartement est superbe, idéalement placé, au calme et à quelques minutes du Rialto, très proche du campo dei Frari... La propriétaire est très sympathique et très serviable. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Amazing place in a beautiful, central but quiet corner of Venice

The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. The host was friendly and communication perfect. We really loved the quaint square and neighborhood - it felt more local but still is only a beautiful 15 minute walk from St. Marks. Plenty of great eateries at just 5 mins walk!

An oasis after a busy day sightseeing in Venice

Elzbieta and Artur's lovely apartment on the Campo San Polo was the perfect location for us in Venice. Close enough to everything but a quieter more relaxed place to return to after the crowds of San Marco and the Grand Canal. We enjoyed the luxury of our own little kitchen and a comfortable place to relax. We discovered lovely little restaurants close by and enjoyed wandering the little alleys in the San Polo area with its many small bridges and narrow canals. Thank you Elzbieta and Artur for making us feel so welcome and allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment.

Amazing apartment in beautiful Venice

The apartment is in a lovely quiet spot with a few restaurants in the adjoining square. You are within easy reach of all the highlights of Venice. The apartment is extremely well equipped,the beds very comfortable and the hosts very helpful. Would recommend to anyone and we had a lovely time. Thanks again.

Sehr gut. Sauber. Schöne Einrichtungen. Nette Vermieter.

Das ist jetzt Meckern auf hohem Niveau, leider nur 2 Kochplatten zum Kochen. Wir gehen gern auf den Rialto Markt und Kochen selbst.

Fabulous location, wonderful to have A/C in the sleeping area!

This is a lovely apartment in a wonderful location. There is a great little cafe just downstairs - we spent a lot of time there - good food, service and OK prices. The owners were very easy to deal with - arrived on time as agreed to give us the keys, very helpful with advice about the area. There was a strong febreeze-like smell in the apartment and the place was a little stuffy/musty, so we opened up the windows. That was a bit of a mistake because we were inundated with mosquitos. It was wonderful to have A/C in the sleeping area. The downside is that the water fro the A/C drains into the tub and it's quite a lot of water. While the A/C is on, it's like a fountain running in the house. There was a nice little kitchen (cute little dishwasher) and it was great to have a washing machine. Also there was a drying rack which made things a lot easier for our clothes to dry. The apartment was clean. The sleeping area is very "tiny house-ish" and compact, but it worked for us for 2 nights. Our two kids slept on the twin beds downstairs and we slept in the loft area, which has an amazing amount of storage, but all smelled musty inside. This is a historic property, so we weren't too surprised by that, but you may not want to put your clothes in there as they will smell afterwards. I would definitely recommend this place and we would come back again if in the area.

Convenient location, all the amenities

The apartment is right at Campo San Polo with an easy walk to Rialto Bridge, San Marco and other sights of interest. The apartment is presented in reality as it is in the pictures with many beautiful pieces of furniture and that gorgeous, gorgeous mirror. The sleeping area has a door that can be closed, which is nice because the air conditioner is in the bedroom/bathroom area so we closed the door at night to keep it cool. The owner, Ela, is a sweetheart of a lady who was always helpful. Our stay was short, as we were catching a cruise, but we did take the boat to Burano (lovely). We also took a private water taxi from the train station to Campo San Polo (50 Euros), but, we thought if it's good enough for the Hollywood types, it's good enough for us too! It was thrilling and amazing and awesome and well worth the money to witness the skill the operators have with those boats! We had breakfast at a local bakery one morning...delicious! Dinner was on the Grand Canal near Rialto Bridge. The Caprese was delicious but the rest over priced and nothing spectacular, however, as this trip was in celebration of our 30th anniversary all of the experiences helped to sum it up to a trip of a lifetime!

Lovely!

Lovely flat, in a great location in Venice. Peaceful, yet very convenient for everything. Very comfortable beds, and well equipped kitchen, great wifi, everything worked well. The owner met us on arrival and provided all the information we needed. Overall we were delighted and would not hesitate to stay again next time we are in Venice.

Tolle Lage, sehr gepflegte Wohnung

Zentrale und dennoch ruhige Lage in einem wunderschönen Viertel. Sehr freundliche, stets erreichbare und hilfsbereite Vermieter, sowohl im Vorfeld als auch während unseres Aufenthaltes. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt!
