In a beautiful tributary of Caddo Lake, off the Big Cypress Bayou main channel, this charming 3-bedroom cabin offers a serene escape for your next vacation. Surrounded by the cypress trees, you'll be immersed in the tranquility of the great outdoors.

Unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a smart TV, or step out onto the balcony or back screened in porch and enjoy the fresh air. Prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, etc, and all the necessary appliances and utensils. Gather around the dining table for family-style meals or step outside and fire up the grill for a barbecue.

When it's time to explore, drop our kayaks into the water and enjoy the beautiful paddle trail to the main channel. We loved it! Loved that the kitchen had everything you needed to cook with. Loved that there was blankets everywhere, we are blanket people, even though I brought my own, we still used the ones in the living room. We did bring extra folding camp chairs for seating since there were 6 adults, overall stay was great.

The house is very nice, close to family dollar and a country store. The covered patio was great for family time and also the fire pit downstairs was great for the men to sit and talk. Very nice place. I’m definitely staying again soon.

Oh I wish you would have called or messaged me. I would have directed you to the master closet where the extra cots and luxury blow up mattress is- along with linens. It says on the listing exactly what the beds are- so you don’t have to guess. It also shows in the pictures and main information. I’m always a phone call away and my response rate is within the hour and most of the time immediate. We would welcome you back anytime to enjoy the cabin with all beds. :)

The host did a great job telling us about the things to do in the area. It was a cute cabin. The main thing I wish I knew was the twin beds are just thin mattress pads that go on the floor and do not fit in any of the rooms. We loved being able to paddle from the house to the State park. Wish there wasn't a burn ban. Sitting by the fire under the stars would of made it much better.

Thanks for the great review! I so wish you would have called me. The mattress pads go on the twin cots in the master closet! Yikes- you went the entire weekend without the twin beds? Oh no! The cots fold up so the mattress pads in the bedroom closets cant fold into the cots. Well darn- not fun. I am just a quick call away. Glad you had at least the king and queen beds.You all are welcome to come again and use the real extra beds :) I am so glad you enjoyed your time anyway and the burn ban was lifted the following week. Please come again and enjoy all that the cabin has to offer.

Great getaway

Look no further, perfect home and location!

This home was amazing! Well appointed kitchen, beds were extremely comfortable, bathroom linens were great quality, sleeping and sitting porch divine and 5 kayaks and fire pit for outdoor fun. We kayaked through the slough simply beautiful!
