We can’t say enough about Tedi’s place. It was just as described and had everything we needed for our large group. We all had our own spaces for privacy but could also easily gather together as a group. Tedi was very responsive to all of our questions and gave great suggestions for restaurants in the area. Don’t hesitate to book! You will not be disappointed.

Evanston Family Get Together

The property was clean, well-stocked, had ample space and kitchen facilities on all levels. We had family members join us from both coasts and we also stayed there even though we live in the Chicagoland area. Easy public transportation access and it was minutes to the loop and Wrigley field. I would stay here again if need arises.

Great Stay for My Bachelorette Weekend!

I booked this spot for my Bach weekend, and it was perfect for us! There were 9 of us total, and there was plenty of space for all of us between the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen/dining rooms, and living spaces. It was nicely decorated - all of us LOVED the plants on the main level and the unique features for each bedroom. It was clean and comfortable as well. The only issue was figuring out the doors and locking mechanisms, but we figured them out quickly. Tedi was great at communicating with us, and she was quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this space for all types of stays!

Modern, clean home with options to accommodate any group

Our family loved this space! There were 14 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other all rooms had access to a private bath. Very clean, modern, bright with plenty of space to come together but space to be apart as well. Very well stocked with everything you could want, from the kitchens to games and puzzles. The host was very responsive and accommodating. You can't go wrong staying here and won't be disappointed. Love all the natural light and plants through out the property!
