Terrific house - spacious, clean, well-appointed and exactly as advertised. Our group of 16 had plenty of space in bedrooms and common areas and enjoyed the many amenities (foosball, pool table, big grill). And it is just two blocks to the sand... Will happily return.

Big. Close. Beautiful

This is one big ass house on two lots, 2 blocks close to everything, with three more refrigerators than TVs. The teenagers hung out on the third floor, adults on the first floor. It was great for a group of 17.

The Perfect Pick

Beautiful home. Well stocked kitchen. Games, pool table, foosball, surround sound big screen TV, multiple fridge storage units, a bathroom for every bedroom. VERY clean. Perfect proximity to the ocean and Main Street of Bethany. We could not have found a better or more beautiful home in which to vacation.

We are particular travelers, and this place EXCEEDED our expectations! Worth every penny! Our family week of 18 had plenty of space -- and everything was so well stocked. Loved the extra refrigerators, icemakers, ovens. coffee makers. Loved all the seating options for family meals. Communication was superior at every step. Would rent this place again -- especially from 1st choice rentals. A

Air Conditioning

The house was very nice but for a house that size there should have been 2 Air conditioning units. It spoiled especially nights to be very hot and never being able to cool the 2nd and 3 rd floor. Being hot and muggy at night spoiled the stay. Also there were also 2 vacuume cleaners that neither one worked. We ask 2 times when maintanance came to check he he totally ignored the work order.

Thank you for your review and feedback Kathleen. We have noted your concerns over the air conditioning and vacuum cleaners and notified the owners. We are sorry to hear you felt your concerns over the vacuum were ignored as we have to work with the owners to obtain a new machine and made sure to let you know that they were noted as not working during your stay.
