We had a wonderful time at this property- the description is all you need to know- it’s literally steps from the short with everything you need for the beach. Host was super communicative. The cleanliness could have been better… wasn’t awful but definitely not super clean. We had a great time!

The house was beautiful and the pictures on VRBO do not do it justice! So much space, incredible views, the balconies were simply incredible!!!! Everything we needed to make it a home away from home was there! The host was impeccable! Great communication, insanely responsive, and while we had some cleanliness issues with the floors - she was on it, had someone back and then made sure it was taken care of for us as guests! We’ll be back! Incredible experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Bethany beach house! Nothing is ever perfect, we get it but two things that were bothersome - the house was an oven when we entered and was very musty smelling because no ac on means no air circulation this stagnant air triggered some people's allergies. Windows were opened to air the house out and then it took about 2-3 hours to bring the house down to a comfortable temperature. The main fridge was broken so some of our food wasnot held correctly at temp (ice cream, and other dairy products,) and had to be discarded.Amy, the managing host was able to direct us to a mini fridge which saved the remainder of the food. The next day Amy found a repairman who came the right away and fixed the issue by 1130am.As always, being a rental there was ware and tear but mostly it was a very comfortable stay. The separate bathrooms for each room made it a very convenient stay. For the price, it was a little expensive but all in all it was a nice getaway. .

Beautiful Home, Awesome Location

Beautiful, spacious home – perfect for our vacation with extended family. Awesome that each bedroom had its own private full bathroom. Lots of great spaces to be together. Plenty of parking. Most importantly… right on the beach! Short drive to groceries, mini golf, restaurants, and ice cream

Great location, beautiful views

The house is located steps from the beach and the host provides the beach toys, towels, and most of what you need. Our family enjoyed our stay and it’s perfect for kids too.When we ran into some issues the host took care of it right away. We will be back.

Amazing home with plenty of room. The view from the deck provided spectacular sunrises and stargazing at night. Bedrooms are well-appointed and comfortable. Bathrooms with each bedroom. When they advertise “steps to the beach”, they are not exaggerating!
