This was a perfect respite between our great explorations of CDMX!

Our 88 year old matriarch, and the rest of us in ranging from 52-75 stayed and loved this spot. A short walk to Parque Espana, great local restaurants, bars and gelato. The front door men were responsive and helpful. The property was so beautiful and well kept. A few of the rooms had en suite bathrooms, full kitchen and beautiful patio. Our host Miguel was responsive within moments of any question that we had. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfection In Condesa

Great place to stay. Very safe neighborhood filled with great coffee shops, bars, street food, restaurants, parks and places to hang out. The apartment is huge. Living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 king bedrooms with private bathrooms and tons of closet space in each bedroom. It's tastefully decorated and the outdoor patio is very pleasant. Also, the complex had a beautiful garden and 24 hour security. I recommend this property to families or groups of 3 to 6. If I had to find fault with anything, the pillows on the beds were very uncomfortable. Switching them out with the pillows on the couch made all of the difference. Don't wait. If it's available, BOOK IT NOW. What are you waiting for?????

Miguel was a fantastic host — responsive before arrival and attentive throughout our stay. The apartment was exactly as advertised: modern, comfortable, and perfect for three couples. We loved the lush greenery around the building and how walkable everything in La Condesa was — cafés, parks, and great restaurants just steps away. The 24-hour security staff were friendly and professional, which made us feel both welcome and safe.
