Great experience. Doorman was a great help. Totally comfortable for 4 adults. Good beds! Internet very spotty. Suggestion: There are restaurants everywhere but it's hard to know what is good. I would suggest landlords provide a simple list of good places.

The stay was perfect! Pictures dont do the view justice, living room/dining area and bedrooms were perfectly spacious and it was great having a doorman downstairs and having a washer and dryer in the unit. The neighborhood was unbelievably walkable, things were safe and relaxed at night, and our host was very communicative. Highly recommend!!

Location amazing, safe, secure building. Marco responsive, offered great suggestions, and connected us with a fantastic tour guide. The apartment was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Small, but nice touches and warm welcome. Would definitely stay again!

My second stay this week was even better than my first two years ago. Neighborhood is perfect, doormen are helpful, apartment is comfortable and well-appointed, and Marco checked in regularly. It’s a winner, and I hope to be back sometime next year. Mexico City is a must-visit, and this apartment is the icing on the cake.

This is an amazing property in the heart of Mexico City’s restaurants, bars and plazas. You can walk almost anywhere from this location.This two bedroom is warm and inviting, huge for two people and has all the amenities one could need. Clean building, clean apartment with great art and comfortable furniture. The building is secure and the front desk attendants are incredibly friendly.Marco is a wonderful host! Very helpful and always communicative. The bottle of wine was a nice surprise!Can’t recommend enough!!!

Our host, Marco, was excellent at communicating and making sure we were comfortable with our stay. The apartment was perfectly located for sightseeing and dining. Area felt very safe. Doormen were very friendly. The apartment was super clean and comfortable with lots of space and amenities. We really enjoyed our time in Mexico City and recommend staying here.

Beautiful condo in excellent location

My friend and I stayed at Marco's place from June 30-July 6. It was a perfect situation for us, each having our own bed and bath. The apartment is beautifully decorated with lovely art and the kitchen is completely stocked with every pot/pan/gadget/basic spice and condiment you need for cooking. We put all of our leftovers to good use! Marco was very responsive and the 24-hour doormen were super friendly. We also enjoyed sitting on the roof deck with a glass of wine. Marco has thought of everything--fans in the living room, A/C units and space heaters in the bedrooms, a speaker that you can plug your phone into, smartTV--all the comforts of home! One thing to be aware of--it is not quiet. It's Mexico City! Lots of honking, plus during our stay, there was construction going on in the building. I'd suggest bringing earplugs and using a brown noise app--I slept wonderfully through everything!

Excellent stay

The apartment looked exactly as advertised. It was spacious and perfect for our needs. It is in a great location. There are lots of nice restaurants nearby and it is in walking distance to Condesa, Polanco and Juarez neighborhoods. Marco was helpful very responsive.

Perfect location

This was our first visit to Mexico City, 6 night stay and this apartment set up was perfect for us as a couple. Could have been great for a family too. The location is stellar, easy to get around. The apartment itself is spacious, has everything you could need, including filtered water systems for brushing teeth/drinking in the kitchen. The washer dryer was key for us, heading home with all clean clothes. Ubers were readily available and very affordable. The turibus stop is around the corner and was a fun way to explore a city we had never been to, to get a lay of the land. We felt incredibly safe the entire time. Truly a great stay and Marco was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay in Mexico City

The apartment is a fantastic base for exploring the vibrant energy of CDMX! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Roma Norte, just steps away from Fuente de la Cibeles and the amazing Contramar restaurant (YUMMIE!!). The apartment itself is spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Being in such a lively area means you’ll hear some of the city’s buzz, but that’s part of the charm of staying in the center of the action. Plus, you can walk everywhere safely! For light sleepers, earplugs or a white noise app can be helpful, but the convenience and excitement of this location make it completely worth it. Communication with the host was seamless, and the 24/7 doorman was a great bonus for peace of mind. I had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!

-The location is excellent as a central hub to explore CDMX as is communication with the owner & 24/7 doorman. - The apartment itself is comfortable, very clean and well equipped.. - Unfortunately, being in a busy city location surrounded by clubs, bars & restaurants makes for lots of late night noise and the thin glass windows have zero sound blocking. If you are a deep sleeper great, but if not, bring a white noise gizmo & earplugs.

A fun week in Mexico City!

We loved the apartment and most especially the neighborhood! Fun, safe and vibrant. After visiting dusty Teotihuacan - we were grateful for the washer and dryer! If you are noise sensitive- just turn on fan in the bedroom and put in your ear plugs. Voila… no problem!

Roma Norte

The layout is good, the space and furniture selection is very comfortable for four to six people. Having a filtered water tap was great as was the washer and dryer. The building was very secure. The only cons to the apartment is that the unit itself is a bit tired and you need to sleep with earplugs in the front bedroom. It’s loud, even for New Yorkers.

Best Location and Condo and Host!!!!

Marco was a fantastic host!!! Just like all other fantastic reviews on Marco, the condo, doorman, location held true! The first thing we asked Marco upon arrival was for the neighborhood grocery market, best local coffee bar, and street tacos. He replied right away. Sumesa grocery store just 5 mins walking steps away, Gran Cibeles Cafe 5 min walk (right by the foundation), then gave us a host of map locations of taco areas, along with taco suggestions to try! The Roma Norte neighborhood is charming and safe, very hip, and if you are an early riser, there are plenty of runners and dog walkers to keep you company during a early morning walk for an expresso. The condo itself looked very much like the pictures. The street noise calms down in the later evening hours, but it was never bad--we were there Mon-Fri. We come from a super quiet neighborhood, so maybe that's why we noticed it more than other reviewers. Marco makes everything so easy and having the doormen helping you in and out and keeping the condominium secure is great, but again, it's a totally safe neighborhood. If there was anything we could say to improve it would be bed pillows...maybe due for some fluffy new ones to lay the head down on, ha! But they were fine, and the beds were great! Thanks Marco for a wonderful stay and hospitality! :)

ff you get what you paid for......

We all want to know we made a good choice. As far as vacation housing in CEDEMEX is concerned this is a no-brainer. What you are sold is the real thing. Location, cleanliness, comfort and customer service.... 5 star!. Owner is communicative but never overbearing. Great to work with. Book this now!

Paradise in Roma Norte

This property was absolutely perfect. I have stayed at Vrbo-like listings all over the globe, but never one as elegant and well-equipped as this one, top to bottom. Situated on the top floor of a small apartment complex (two apartments per floor), it has its own small deck out front plus quick access to a huge rooftop plaza. The kitchen has everything you could want to throw together quick or elaborate meals (which is why I pick Vrbos over hotels in the first place), the living spaces are more than comfortable with great views out over Roma Norte, and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and quite comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and convenient, safe and filled with restaurants of all types (even a nice Japanese cafe!) You can board a hop-on bus to tour the city just a block away, or walk to numerous lovely parks. Marco himself was quite gracious, especially when the airline caused half our party to arrive 48 hours late. Julio the doorman never missed racing to the door or helping us with the trash. All in all, an incredibly pleasant experience.

Great Stay in Mexico City

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Marco's condo for one week. The place is as described on VRBO. It is clean, beds are good, kitchen is well stocked, etc. Plenty of room for my wife and I, and our two adult children (21 and 23). It is centrally located to the attractions. I would recommend this condo to others.
