The primary bedroom features a king bed with a private ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom features a queen bed and the living room has a pull out queen size sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a seafood feast and spend a quiet evening dining in or preparing a snack before hitting the beach or any of Destin's entertainment spots. This quaint condo offers quiet comfort as well as convenience to the beach, shopping centers, entertainment and grocery stores. This property is located on the 3rd floor (highest floor) with a private balcony facing away from the parking area and other buildings, providing one of the best views available. There is a beautiful pool to relax by, a picnic area, a gym to work out and a playground for the kids play and burn some energy. For added convenience there's a full size washer and dryer in the unit so you can keep up with your vacation laundry. Morgan Sports Center is across the street for easy access to sports tournaments with a refreshment stand and nice play area for the kids.
