The marshmallow white sand beach is just a few minutes walk away. Sun rise, suntan, sunset, repeat… Central location- close to beach/stores/restaurants/attractions. Destin - Florida nicknamed is “the world’s luckiest fishing village”.

Our cozy nest is in the heart of Destin, 0.6 miles to the public beach, complete renovated in 2022 has 2BR/2BATH(1,000 sqft), spacious open space living room with sleeping sofa, a fully new equipped kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, free WiFi, 2 queen beds, 3 big smart TVs, in unit new washer/dryer. Enjoy 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, fishing pond with many turtles, free parking, plenty of entertainment close by.

For those with kids, there are plenty of entertainment around (walking distance), like The Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and The Track Family Amusement & Theme Park, Crab Island (drive distance) and more.

Everything you need to enjoy our tropical home away from home! Beautiful white sand beaches & emerald waters are waiting for you!

Very nice!

The property was very nice! It was a little further of a walk from the public beach than I thought it was but was a super easy drive. Lots of things to do near by!

Great Place

Located in the heart of Destin. We travelled due to PG Baseball World Series and were very closed to the fields, the beach, food places and everything else.The hosts communicated with us all the time and were very amicable.

Family Vacation

The condo is very nice and has everything you need. The location of the condo is perfect and close to everything. The pools are nice and everyone was friendly. Hosts are great and accessible if you need them. We had a great time.

Wonderful experience

Since the day of our booking the owners were very responsive so we knew that we had nothing to worry about during our stay. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the picture, everything in the unit was perfect.The location is great as it’s in the center of Destin conveniently next to stores, restaurant, beaches and family entertainment places.The pools were very well maintained, had the perfect water temperature and never got too crowded. The lake has ducks and turtles making it reallyEnjoyable to walk the complex with the kids.I would definitely stay here again!

Destin trip

Condo was everything that was listed! Had small electrical problem but it was fixed quickly after contacting host! Had to checkout 10 day’s early due to family emergency! Host said they would credit our credit card! Great place highly recommend!

Fall break getaway

Overall it was a good trip. When we first got there we found that one bed wasn’t quite as clean as needed to be but within the hour the host had someone over to remedy that. The only other issues we had were minor….the coffee pots didn’t work (okay maybe that’s a major one 😂) 2 of the three pools were closed (the heated pool being one of them) for the whole stay for maintenance which was a bummer for our kids.

Close and Affordable

This location is in great proximity to many restaurants and beaches. The condos are a bit of a dated area, but this condo has been updated and is clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

A great stay!!! Our first time to Florida and the place was perfect. Good location to the public beach, and good food. And of course the beach was amazing. We can’t wait to go back.

Our host had great communication with us before, during and after our stay here. It was in a great location, close to so many things to do and places to eat. We absolutely loved how stocked the condo was and having a nice washer and dryer was wonderful. The condos beachy style was perfect!! Loved walking in after a busy day, it felt like home!!

Perfect location

This was probably the cleanest VRBO I've stayed in over the years. A/C very comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Destin. We were in walking distance of many places and biking distance of everywhere else. The interior was lovely. Very well stocked kitchen with all cooking needs, even an air fryer. All was as advertised. Hosts were very responsive. The exterior is just a parking lot, but there is a lake with a bridge a few steps away and we enjoyed watching the dozens of turtles who live there. This was a great place for our last minute getaway - we were lucky to find an opening between other guests that fit our days!

Great Location, Poor Insulation

Had a great stay, had everything we needed. Close to beaches (Henderson, Fort Walton). Close to entertainment. Would give this five stars if the insulation was better. Very noisy neighbors - 8 year old couldn’t sleep most nights due to TV simply being on from a neighbor’s room. Also no patio, balcony in this condo. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location and great place.

I really enjoyed our stay. The rental was beautiful and had plenty of amenities as well was very close to everything. The owner was amazing as well with responding and checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this for your next vacation rental.

Comfortable and cozy condo!

The entire process was smooth and easy. The sofas were much more comfortable than our timeshare ones, a great welcome after a fun day out around Destin area. The hosts were attentive and gracious and the condo is clean and nice and close to the beach and not far from 30a. Thanks for a great experience!

Fabulous Destin Location

The unit was attractively decorated and comfortably furnished. The unit is conveniently located in Destin. Beaches and dining are close. The kitchen is fully appliances. We enjoyed our stay. Owners responded quickly to our questions.

The condo and accommodations were excellent!

The owners kept in contact and were exceptional. The condo was absolutely beautiful and just minutes from everything from the beach, putt putt golf, great restaurants and so much more. We would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

Lovely Stay

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! The beds were amazingly comfortable! There is not a beach access for this community so you have to drive. However, it’s only a couple of minutes, lots of parking, and there are bathrooms and outside showers to clean off sand and salt! We had a wonderful stay!

Welcome to the paradise! You will love our condo. You will definitely feel like you are on paradise holiday. The fabulous white sand beach is just a few minutes walk away. You will be close to everything: beach, restaurants, entertainment, etc.
For those with kids, there are plenty of entertainment around (walking distance), like The Big Kahuna’s Waterpark and The Track Family Amusement & Theme Park and more.
The living room welcomes you with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and extra love seat sofa. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a smart thermostat. Our dining area an open space with living room where you can enjoy the meals on 6 seats table watching TV in the same time.
Our laundry room is situated on the end of a long hall way and has a brand new Samsung washer & dryer for your convenience.
Our kitchen area is a full open concept to the living room, and it is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials like dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, blender and standard coffee maker, etc. Now is new renovated.
Each bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and comfortable pillows for a great night's sleep. Both bedrooms have flat-screen televisions with ample selections of channels for relaxing in bed while watching your favorite shows at the end of the day.
Brand 2 new renovated bathrooms are waiting for you to enjoy it.
Guest access: You, our guests have access to the entire unit, full furnished with everything you need. Feel yourself home, but sweet vacation home. Our gated community - Gulf Terrace offers full access to our guests to: 2 tennis courts, 3 swimming pools, free parking, grills, picnic tables and a fishing pond with turtles. The check-in instructions will be through the platform message.
