Summer Vacation

The property looks just like the pictures, roomy for the family vacation we had planned. However the fridge did not keep cold due to a broken seal, the grill is located at the pool, the a/c cooled but did not keep the unit cooled the entire time. Location is perfect for close by restaurants, the track and getting to the beach with easy access.

Some cleanliness issues

The prior reviews said this place was very clean, so hopefully this was just a fluke. I paid an extremely affordable rate, also. I shared the details of my cleanliness concerns (and some broken things like towel racks, etc) with the host privately throughout the stay, and I guess because I didn't request anything done and I was gentle about it, he didn't do anything about the cleanliness issues while I was there. But he did respond to my messages in a timely manner and when the heat stopped working he sent someone to fix it, so that was nice.I'm not displeased with some wear & tear on a rental property, like cracked tile, some older items, etc. I'm happy to have that kind of property and save a buck, honestly, as it's quite costly to visit our family that lives in Destin & Santa Rosa Beach. But a few additional details to cleanliness would be lovely to keep this property worthwhile for renters.Otherwise the location was good for us, the king bed was okay, it's pretty well stocked with kitchen items, and it's plenty large for a family!

Our stay.

This place was very convenient and close to everything, it was perfect. The whole family enjoyed their stay. We had lots of little ones and were worry about noise complaints but had no complaints the whole 5 days we were there. Very easy to find and you can literally walk to the beach.

What a cozy getaway in a big city!

The location and size of the home was just right! Even if we weren’t right next to the beach, it was just minutes away and only 10 minutes at most away from any store or gas station or restaurant you might need! The home was immaculate and bonus for my spoiled family, there was a ceiling fan in every room, we were in heaven! Only thing we forgot to bring with it being our first trip using this app was paper kitchen and toiletry supplies but luckily there is a Winn Dixie near by and a Walmart too so an easy fix! Thank you for having us and giving us such a beautiful place to stay that felt like home for our Nephews beach wedding! ❤️❤️😁😁

Awesome Property

When we arrived at the property we were able to access it right away. It was very nice neat and cleaned just like the pictures looked. I felt like I was at home. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Great family friendly get-away close to the beach

Property was very clean, well maintained, and located in a safe area. The Wi-Fi was fantastic. We were very happy with our stay!

Jahnoy , This is our vacation property in downtown Destin centrally located minutes from the white sand beaches of Destin, restaurants, shopping and parks. Gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 full bath new remodeled condo with. Private balcony, free Wi-Fi, free parking, 5 minutes away from the public beach. 50 inch 4K SmartTV, workspace desk, in unit brand new Samsung washer and dryer, close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment etc.

Closest public beach 5 minutes away by car. 15 minutes or so walking. Crab Island is 10 minutes away. Restaurants and points of interest are close by.

The condo is first floor, no elevators in the building, 0.7 miles away from the closest public beach, 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walking, 10 minutes from Crab Island.
I cannot guarantee that the closest public beach mentioned here is the best or not crowded or big enough, I can only point its location with accuracy as shown on the maps. If you choose a different beach that should be your choice and you're more than welcome to do so.
