Drop your bags and hit the beach! This three bedroom direct ocean front condo is has an amazing panoramic view from the 5th floor. The newly renovated kitchen has new appliances including a flat cook top stove, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and dishwasher. It is a large 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (also newly renovated) unit with everything you need .The living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player with sliding glass doors to the wrap around balcony with 2 outdoor dining tables. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet, flat screen tv, vanity and dressing area with large sunny windows and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds, flat screen TV and a pack and play. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and large closet . The laundry room has a new washer and dryer (so pack lightly)! Please note Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals are required throughout the spring-summer season.

We provide everything you could possibly need for the beach including umbrellas, beach towels, toys and beach chairs, all in great condition. Tennis rackets also provided to play on the onsite court.


Cocoa Beach is the closest beach to the Orlando area and has so much to offer. This condo allows you to stay on the beach and enjoy the pool while being one hour from Disney and other Orlando attractions. Port Canaveral, Ron Jon Surf Shop, downtown Cocoa Village, the Brevard County Zoo, casino cruises, the Kennedy Space Center, miniature golf, kayaking, the Cocoa Beach Pier, fishing, golfing are a few of the nearby attractions.

The condo and property were perfect in every way. Great location, the area was quiet, the condo was very clean with plenty of room and a large balcony with a beautiful front row view of the beach/ocean. Owner was easy to work with and communication was great, smooth check-in and check-out…the entire process was easy and we had no issues. The property is well maintained and fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and beach gear such as chairs, towels, boogie boards, and coolers. The property has a heated pool and hot tub and its own walkway/path to the beach with a small area to rinse off the sand before going back to your unit. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This condo is wonderful! Very spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable. Beach toys, towels and chairs provided. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy access to the beach. The pool is heated and the hot tub was nice. The property is secured, so we felt very safe throughout our stay. Host is very easy to work and communication was great! You can’t go wrong if you’re looking for an oceanfront property in Cocoa Beach!

We chose this property for the view and found the complex to be well maintained, we love it here. The safe and family friendly atmosphere allows us to enjoy time at the pool and beach. Saturday to Saturday weekly stays are required throughout the spring - summer season.
