The pool is heated from October through March. If you wish the pool to be heated during the summer months there is an additional fee.
Please clean the grill after use. There will be a $40 charge if the grill is left dirty upon departure.

Tomas was very responsive, the space had all the ammenties we needed to make our stay great. The location was excellent and while we did rent a vehicle for a few longer trips, everything we needed was in walking distance such as restaurants, groceries, and the beach

Wonderful home with fun amenities, beautiful location with short walk to beach, easy check-in. Host was very responsive. We stayed a couple nights pre-cruise, and we hope to come back when we have more time to enjoy the home and location.

This house was beautiful and perfect for our family prior to boarding a cruise. It was very clean and had everything we needed to relax with family. The heated pool and hot tub were really nice. It was very centrally located but also in a quiet neighborhood. The host had wonderful communication. Would definitely stay again!

Pool was great with tiki shades. Loved the screened in porch. Bench needs another leg or two. The pool table and foose ball wonderful for grandkids. Swings and soccer net great also. Labeling light switches might be helpful. Loved the master bath. Location ideal!

Cocoa Beach fun

Family friendly stay

We enjoyed the property and all the family friendly features it provided. We had a couple hiccups that were addressed immediately and Tomas and Christa were responsive and polite throughout all our interactions.

Second Time Staying

Great neighborhood. Easy drive, walk, or bike ride to the beach, grocery store, etc. Plenty of room for kids. Pool and hot tub are a hit. We stayed once before and wanted to come back for our final spring break as a family before the kids start heading off to college. :-(

Cocoa Beach gem

This property was perfect for our three generation group. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. The pool was very nice and bigger than so many backyard pools. On top of that, the mattresses were the most comfortable we have ever had in a rental. I highly recommend!

Relaxing in Cocoa Beach

Relaxing spot!

Great location, nice and quiet neighborhood. Property was nice, plenty of room for our family of four. Pool was really nice too. Kids had fun splashing around.

Perfect for young families

Perfect weather, viewed a launch at Kennedy Space Center, spent time in the ocean and hours by the pool and hot tub. It was a great escape from the cold and white northern Midwest.

This home is set in an ideal location, with Publix Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance, the Cocoa Beach Pier right around the corner, and the Port and downtown Cocoa Beach a short drive. The historic Cocoa Beach Pier is located within a short walk, offering boat tours and multiple restaurants, including the popular Pelican's Bar & Grill with panoramic ocean views, live entertainment, and fishing gear rentals for excellent pier fishing. Known as the East Coast surfing capital, both School of Surf, and Ron Jon Surf School provide a variety of lessons to cater to all skill levels, from private and semi-private lessons to group lessons and surf clinics. This home has plenty of things to do on a rainy day, including ping pong, foosball, pool table, and air hockey. Enjoy the beautiful tropical outdoor space with the heated saltwater pool and hot tub, dine under the tiki hut, or shoot some hoops out front.
