Relax with the whole family in this peaceful beach and golf community.
Well-maintained four-season vacation home located in the desirable gated community of Point Sebago.
Private back yard with a large deck that includes a grill and a seating area, plus a fire pit with additional seating.
Our home is a short golf cart ride to the golf course and all of the amenities that Point Sebago has to offer.
Our beautiful smoke-free, air conditioned 3 bedroom, 3-bathroom home will comfortably sleep 8.
Please note... There is a $10/Day/Guest Resort Fee required by Point Sebago and paid to them directly upon check in.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Highly recommended

This is a beautiful, well maintained property. From the nicely manicured landscaping to the decor and it is very well stocked with all of your needs in the kitchen. We stayed here for a week and did not have a single complaint. Communication with the owners was on point. The Point Sebago resort itself was fantastic as always. Highly recommend this property!

Sebago 2024 !!

The house was wonderful! Very clean, updated, beautifully decorated, comfortable and a great location! The house is meticulously maintained inside and outside! Very spacious plenty of room for myself and 4 teenagers (all 17). My kids loved it! The 2 boys slept downstairs and it has a bathroom and a door out to the back. I stayed in a beautiful bedroom that had the master bath and the 2 girls slept in the other bedroom upstairs. Very large living space so none of were on top of each other! The house has absolutely everything! Firepit, grill, full beautiful kitchen, games, AC, etc. nothing missing here at all! And my hosts were wonderful! Very responsive and nice!

This is our 1st year hosting and we're hoping you will enjoy your visit to Point Sebago and love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We love the quietness of the Deer Run section of Point Sebago, however the amenities and entertainment are a short 5-minute golf cart ride from the house.

What makes this property unique

Our property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main floor, plus additional living area in the finished basement where there is also additional sleeping space.
