Pristine cottage/camp style home quiet Sebago Lake neighborhood, build completed in 2024. Lots of room to spread out with 4 cozy bedrooms with a king, queen, full, and 2 twin beds. We have a living room on the main floor and a large family room in the lower level which is great for watching movies. With amenities like AC, WiFi, guests can relax and enjoy their stay. House is 1800 sq feet. Beach is shared with 3 other homes and is a 3 minute walk away. 1 side of 16 ft dock available. 2 kayaks..8 and 10 ft. 1 Paddle board. 30 mins to Portland ME. 2 TVs, one 55 inch. WIFI, full kitchen with all you need to cook. Dog ok with approval and pet fee. Hiking, restaurants, ice fishing minutes away. Skiing is 30 minutes away.
