Screened porch fully furnished. Quiet Sebago Lake neighborhood, build completed in 2024. Quick 3 minute walk to sandy beach and picnic area shared with 3 other homes.

Lots of room to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a large King loft. Living room is on the main floor and a large family room with a sectional sofa is in the lower level with a large 60-in TV Great for watching movies.

Bedroom three in lower level has two twin beds.
Bedroom four in loft has a king size bed.
Bathroom one is on main floor with a tub and shower.
Bathroom two is on lower level with a half bath and washer dryer combo.
Fully stocked kitchen and a grill on the deck off of the kitchen.
The screened-in porch has chairs and a comfy couch and a table that seats eight on the other side of the porch.
The home does not have a dishwasher.

Central AC, WiFi, PRIVACY, guests can relax and enjoy their stay. House is 1800 sq feet. Beach is shared with 3 other homes and is a 3 minute walk away. 2 kayaks..8 and 10 ft. 1 Paddle board. 35 mins to Portland ME. 2 TVs, one 55 inch.
Dog ok with approval and pet fee. Hiking, restaurants, ice fishing minutes away. Skiing is 30 minutes away.
