Based on the choice of our owners, dogs are allowed in "pet-friendly" cabins only, no cats or any other animal. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee for each pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per pet-friendly cabin. Pet size is limited to 50lbs per pet. All pets must be leashed at all times or kenneled when left alone in the cabin. Pet owners are responsible for the cleaning up of any pet refuse. Pet fee does not cover additional cleaning that cabin may need after check-out; the guest is responsible for any extra cleaning charges. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations as well as flea and tick preventative medications. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. If a pet is found in any of our units that do not allow pets a fee of $250 will be charged to the guest, your reservation may be cancelled, and your party may be evicted without refund.

The inside of the cabin was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. However the view from the back porch was not so eye pleasing. There was trash all over behind all the cabins. Reminded me of the start of a county dump site. Definitely need some TLC

Great stay overall! We thoroughly enjoyed the property and would definitely stay again.A couple of things that may be helpful for future guests: if you’re bringing dogs, there aren’t many convenient potty areas, but it’s manageable. Parking at this end unit is steep, although we found the small stone area across the street a little easier to use.Also, bears are very active in the area. We saw them regularly, including checking vehicle door handles. That’s part of staying in the mountains, so just be aware of your surroundings when you’re outside, especially in the evenings.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily return.

The cabin was a amazing, had just about everything. Wish there was access to a washer and dryer and a broom. But other than that the place was very cozy my kids loved it.

"Haven" was Great

Top notch cleanliness, well appointed, comfy beds, great location! Only minor complaint would be parking, which is side of road parallel parking, and the road is on a VERY steep hill. Highly recommend, and would stay again!

Wonderful retreat

A very nice cabin in a very nice neighborhood. The air conditioner worked so much better than other places we have stayed. It’s really close to Gatlinburg yet you don’t hear the noise or see a ton of traffic. I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Parking was okay, but could really need specific designation and could be better. Everything in the cabin was very clean and tidy. Although the cabin is pet friendly, there is only a very small area for them to potty. Overall we were very pleased with our stay I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Beautiful house in the mountains!

This property was incredible. It’s off the beaten path and the space was terrific for my family of 4 plus our little pup. The game area was a bonus as was the hot tub. The check in process was so easy and the house was extremely clean. Highly recommend!

Nice place to stay!

Check in was easy. The cabin was well equipped and very comfortable. The only thing I could suggest for future guests would be to label the light switches. It was a bit confusing to figure out which switch controls what.Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Loved our stay in this cabin! It is beautiful and was very clean. Beds are firm ( which we like). Both bathrooms are large and well stocked with towels and washcloths. Closets roomy but bring hangers. Pool table ,arcade game and bedroom/bathroom are in the upstairs/loft area- our two teens claimed this and had a blast. There is a little sofa by the pool table and some stools/bar top size table at other end of area. Kitchen well stocked! Keurig and even crock pots. Real dishes and also plastic dishes/cups if you have little ones. Hot tub on back deck was crystal clear and clean ! The cabin does have cabins next to and behind it -there seemed to be enough foliage you didn’t see anyone else unless you tried to look and see people. The area of the hot tub has some privacy wood slats. Communication with host was easy- they texted info and answered timely as well. The cabin is about 10 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg. Parking is average 15-20 at the lots in town. There are multiple trolley stops you can wait for free trolley ride to town -which is what we did. The city hall stop is a couple mins from the cabin- we took it to the aquarium stop when we went to town then walked. Usual wait was 10-15 mins. Each trolley has a color route- make sure you know which route/trolley you need for where you are going. The trolley stops have info and maps posted on the routes and even a QR scan for a link to see where the trolleys are live in their routes.

Beautiful Property

The stay was overall great! The home is very beautiful and clean feeling. It is very close to Gatlinburg. The advertisement for free tickets is a little misleading in regards to the free tickets to Dollywood. You get one free ticket a day per day. The tickets do not combine for the total days stayed. Clarification up front on that would be nice. The communication with the owners are very responsive.

Not clean - poor communication with management

We never actually stayed at the property. Although we were told check-in was at 4 PM and would be notified if it was ready earlier, we received a message at 3:08 PM saying it was clean and ready. We arrived around 5:30 PM after grocery shopping, only to find the place had not been cleaned. The upstairs appeared partially done—there was hair on the pillows and the comforter was on upside down.Tired and hoping to relax, we called the management. Instead of a sincere apology and prompt resolution, we got excuses about being busy and trouble operating their system. I had to call back to ask what the plan was. The alternative cabin they offered was 30 minutes away and far from the “luxury” we originally booked. On top of that, there was no offer of compensation other than another DW ticket more delays on the entry code, and was ignored multiple times by the manager Jesse. Very disappointing experience overall

We’re very sorry for the frustration you experienced. As soon as you reported the issue, we apologized and immediately offered to send the cleaner back to address it. When that wasn’t what you wanted, we offered to move you to an alternative cabin and also provided a refund.
