Most properties in the area do not have A/C but we advise guests to open windows at night to let the cool air in and close them during the day to keep it a nice temperature. If you require additional fans to keep cool please always let us know and we are happy to provide them. Additionally, we appreciate your understanding regarding the wear and tear that you noticed in the condo. As a property that hosts numerous guests over time, it is natural for some signs of use to appear. However, we constantly strive to maintain the condo to the highest standards possible. We will assess the wear and tear you mentioned and take appropriate measures to address any areas that require attention. Amanda, Thanks so much for your review and for your stay with us. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to comment upon your stay. One note: The townhome does not have AC. Air conditioning is very rare at 9,000 feet in altitude in Colorado with average temperatures that get down in the 50's at night and daytime temperatures that are rarely out of the low 80's, even in the middle of the summer. Our instructions do advise of this, and we'll double-check them to make sure that information is more obvious. Again, thanks for your visit and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.
