Adorable fully remodeled 1929 charming tutor house, walking distance to Notre Dame. Sleeps 10-12. So cozy you will come back over and over. Great backyard with grill, and deck with a fire pit. Kitchen has everything for entertaining and a large dining table. WiFi. 3 TVs. Fantastic for ND Football weekends; graduations; parents weekends; board meetings; visiting professors; transition stays; all athletic events; weddings; funerals; reunions; moving kids in college; or any getaway to South Bend any time of year. Wood burning fireplace. Two washers and dryers. Parking in driveway for several cars. House owned by Karen Phelps. Terrific house manager to meet your needs. Notre Dame, Saint Mary’s and Holy Cross friends and families invited. Visitors too! Great for a few couples, families, guys trip, and girls weekends.

Very nice house in a great location for a football game. Lots of ND memorabilia that was really interesting. Very clean and beds were comfortable. Nice back yard for grilling and relaxing outside by the fire ring. Only two full baths was a little cramped for eight adults but we worked it out. I would definitely rent it again if the Fighting Texas Aggies play in South Bend in the future.
