This spacious and inviting 6-bedroom house, with a bonus 7th open bedroom is a unique gem in our area, offering accommodation for up to 20 guests—a rare find for large gatherings. Nestled amongst a backdrop of breathtaking mountain views, this residence provides a picturesque setting that promises tranquility and natural beauty.

Inside, our home boasts a bouldering rock wall, adding a touch of rustic fun to the interior spaces. It also comes equipped with several full bookshelves, a game closet for hours of entertainment, as well as toys for little children while you're traveling, and a backyard playground.

Sleep comfortably in 12 beds in 7 rooms focused on comfort with memory foam mattresses or toppers. The space includes a king in the master bedroom, 2 rooms with queen beds, 2 rooms with a twin/full bunk bed, one bedroom with 3 twins, and the last room has a full bed and 2 twins that sleeps 4. Extra floor mattresses can also be used if needed for additional sleeping.

Our home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, access to additional tables and folding chairs to seat more people. There is a beautiful deck with phenomenal views out the kitchen door. There is room for 2 cars in the driveway, and street parking both in front of the house and across the street.

You will have access to two floors of the house, except the garage and a few closets that are being used for storage. There is also a basement apartment that sleeps 8 with a full kitchen, theater room, and loft that can be reserved as well if more accommodations are needed. The proximity to the Payson Temple, known for its serene surroundings, makes this house an ideal choice for events such as weddings when lots of friends or family are coming into town.

For the adventurous and outdoorsman, this house is perfectly situated within an hour of eight different canyons, one of which is 5 minutes away. Whether you're a hiker, climber, kayaker, or nature enthusiast, the variety of canyons nearby provides endless opportunities for exploration and adventure.

This house is a haven for relaxation and connection. With room for 20 guests, this property becomes the perfect venue for family reunions, group vacations, or joyous celebrations. Much to like, but

Need to be fair about this property. The owners bailed my family out and I am grateful. Another VRBO property cancelled 5 days before my son's wedding and this owner took our last minute reservation. We had a late addition to our group and the owner graciously allowed us to add my sister in law and her husband.Thank you. The property itself is huge with an abundance of rooms. The house was clean and well stocked. Spacious kitchen. Comfortable house We did have several surprises not all of them great. We had difficulties getting the televisions to work. The property is equipped with older Apple TVs. We finally got the code to take off the child lock only to find only streaming available. There were no network channels and our group was unable to watch any football. BRING YOUR PASSWORDS. We had some downtime and were disappointing to miss football games and news. We would have brought HDMI cables and passwords had we known. The property description on VRBO makes no mention of it either in the description or the rules but this house wants no alcohol on site which was a surprise. Two levels to the rental. We shared the house with another group. Surprise but not a problem. Owners were traveling, property manager seems like a good guy. We had some early problems reaching him mostly because we reached out late in the day. Ultimately we were grateful that we had a clean safe place to stay.
