Would rent again but need couple things

Overall impression was good.Very Clean awesome closeness to Gondala. so can consider ski in ski out. Close to grocery store ,resturants and shops.

However

1)TP was the cheapest essentially sandpaper but much thinner

2)Need more towel racks, says can sleep 6 which I agree But only 2 towel racks, where do the other 2-4 people hang their towels. Can put 2 on each of the bathroom doors and solve problem easily. They are inexpensive and easy to put up. Can also put one in shower but that is more difficult.

3)Please tell guests that There are washer and dryer but you need 2$ in quarters for wash and 75c for dryer. Nobody wanted to give change, could have brought if knew it was pay as you go. Also only one set for a lot of people to use.

Lastly

4)instructions to use cable vs DVD for TV. MY wife had hip injury and stayed in room for 4 days while kids and myself did the skiing.She is a smart lady but couldn't figure it out. I did figure it out but instructions would have been helpful. Part of the issue was that I had to unplug HD cable from cable box and plug into dvd player to watch DVDs ,then put back for cable. A second HD cable or cheaper version 3 plug system would work as well.

Clean, cozy, spacious and tastefuly decorated apartment with easy access to the slopes

My family of six stayed at the apartment for 4 nights. It is spacious and clean a short walk from the village gondola. It has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of room to relax after an active day on the slopes. There was lack of hot water the first day we arrived but was resolved quickly after contacting the manager on site. The owner made sure that the issue had been resolved to our satisfaction. There is only one bathroom located on the first floor and the staircase to get to the second level is rather narrow. It worked fine for us but could be a problem for older tenants or individuals with special needs.

EXELENT!!

its really better than the pics . its cozzy and you ll feel like in your own house .

Pro's & Con's

Pro's:

- Location: very close to the Village and Village Gondola

- Parking: easy to navigate underground parking

- Plenty of cooking utensils

- Clean: furniture, bedding, towels and the condo generally were clean

Cons:

- "Bedrooms" are upstairs accessible only by a very narrow wrought iron spiral staircase, which we found VERY difficult to navigate our bags up.

- The "bedrooms" upstairs consist of a open loft that has been divided into two rooms, and a bed put in a walk-in closet.

- No place has been provided to put snow equipment after a day on the mountain, and only three flimsy hooks for jackets which we were afraid to use, lest they fall off the wall and break.

- While the unit is adjacent to the Village, it is in an older building, not new construction like the rest of the Village (my friend who is a local selling real estate said the building dates from the 1970's - not sure if that is accurate)

Note: the owner offers a gift certificate for a positive review.
